Thankfully, we have some simple tips to help prevent this issue! Be sure to thoroughly clean your case and the screen of your phone with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect.

You are suppose to swipe or wave your hand to the top right of phone and it reverts back to the callers name. The case does not allow me to do this. Also I just by accident dropped my phone and the cover cracked. It’s suppose to be crack resistant. I paid a lot of money for this case and it still cracked. Please explain.

Not like the old Lifeproof cases

Brand new phone and I have these bubbles on the screen that get worse the more I use it. For a $100 case it certainly disappoints. Not sure how the charger port flap is going to hold up either. I’ve tried everything with this case, wiping, washing and nothing gets rid of the bubbles.

Try airing it out in the driest room of your house and then wiping it down with a microfiber cloth before reinstalling it. These cases have never gone wrong for me except this one. There’s a plastic string that goes around the edge and it protects it from getting air bubbles or water inside however this one broke and I only have had it since the beginning of august. Typically after a year of use lifeproof tend to break down but not this quickly.
