No matter how you put the case on, the screen protector has so many bubbles that I’d rather not have the case on. I’d rather have a bunch of scratches than the bubbles.

While not present in the majority of our cases, there are certain conditions that may cause this "rainbow effect" or Newtonian rings under the screen protector of your FRĒ case. Thankfully, we have some simple tips to help prevent this issue! Be sure to thoroughly clean your case and the screen of your phone with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect.

Such a waste of money!!!

I bought this with the thought of being a main line cable technician I wanted a case that could protect my iPhone 11 Pro Max if it was raining or snowing out. This case is ABSOLUTE junk!! After 2 weeks the bottom charging port protector broke off. I mean all I did was pull on it to open the port to charge and it came off!!! You’d think for $90 that there wouldn’t be an issue with the pieces of this case just easily pull off and break

The third time I gave up and kept it. I bought this case 18 months ago too and received an opened product too but thought it was a fluke. I guess it’s common practice to sell used merchandise as new at Best Buy. When I talked to a store manager and employees during my multiple trip to solve the issue. One said that’s just how they are and I should t expect it to be unopened.

As for the audio troubles you're experiencing, we've found that if you don't have that case installed just right, it can lead to issues like you're experiencing. When you're putting your phone into that case, we recommend sliding your phone in speaker-end first, as that will help with proper alignment of the speakers, microphones, and proximity sensors.

Even facial recognition no longer works! And then your out the money you spent on the case.

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find. Unfortunately the first drop popped the case open upon impact and cracked my rear glass. Could have been user error, but that case was locked down. Sticking with otter box after I replace my back glass.
