    I bought this case and I took it home. I noticed when I get to the car it was opened. I looked inside at it and the seal was not in its place. I put it back inside the right area and tried it out in water Before placing on my phone and it leaked. I returned it and didn’t get another one cause they didn’t have any

    Camera screen scratched easily

    The screen covering on the camera got scratched with basic use and I couldn’t return it to the store even though I had recently purchased it. I’ve had other Lifeproof products that were fine, but this one wasn’t good quality.

    I had this phone case on for about 2 days. My SIM card somehow came out of my phone so I had to take the case off. I found the entire back shattered of my phone. Definitely not life prof

    I have always had Lifeproof cases and this one makes the screen look wet. Lifeproof really screwed this one up. Had to buy a different case and I’m not that excited about it. If Lifeproof can tweak it I will buy the new version.

When you install your case, we suggest to make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth.     The goofy “spinner” to switch from vibrate to silent doesn’t work at all and when you put in the case it automatically pushes it to silent. Will be returning it once they open their doors and start ALLOWING returns

    This life proof case is poorly made and the call quality was unusable because of the case. We always depended on Life Proof but this is a disappointment.

    Don't even waste your money. My case fell apart sssooo bad after only 4 months of having it. So much for being lifeproof!

    After only over two months of using it I opened it To clean it. The case is all twisted and then rubber seal fell off.

    Redesign the mute switch please

    I considered returning the case but it does offer the best protection I want for my new phone. My nails are strong. Yet I could not get the mute switch to budge and the side of my thumb was nearly rubbed raw trying to move the mute switch. The mute switch on the Lifeproof Fre case for the iPhone 11 Pro Max should be redesigned.
