Thankfully, we have some simple tips to help prevent this issue! Be sure to thoroughly clean your case and the screen of your phone with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, try to install your case in the driest place you can, as higher levels of humidity can be the source of this effect.

I used to love Lifeproof cases, I had about 5 or 6 of them over the years, but I am really disappointed with this one. I tried everything in the attempt of drying/cleaning the inside of the protecting film with no success. I believe I’d time to switch brands. Gave 1 star because we cannot give 0. Quality gone down hill!

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.
