I have always owned an iPhone. I have tried every phone case on the market. The life proof case is the best hands down. The life proof case is lightweight and has full protection for your iPhone. The iPhone is a beautifully designed phone. The life proof case allows the iPhone to show through the case at the same time providing complete protection if you should accidentally drop the phone and from water damage. I have dropped my phone several times but have never broken a phone yet. The only reason I did not give five stars is because it took the company to long to make the life proof case for the iPhone 6. I had my phone about 2 or 3 months before the life poorf case for iPhone 6 came out.

I finally upgraded my iPhone 4S to the new 6, I did a lot of research and it was overwhelming due to the amount of cases available on the market. At the end I was looking for something that not only would protect the phone from an every day use, but also from the occasional outdoor activitys and adventures. Although I've only had the case for a short period of time it has not disappointed, so far has handled an accidental water spill, dirt from being outside at a bbq, and a 2 foot drop to hardwood floor. Only rated 4 stars because I have yet to see if it'll withstand an accidental drop from higher altitude and a full immersion in water.

I was looking for a case that provided great protection and looked good while not being overly bulky. Pros: Not overly large Enough lip on sides to protect screen Survived several drops Waterproof without the need to cover the screen Cons: To use headphones, you have to use the waterproof screw adapter Speaker sounds are reverberated in case due to waterproofing Have had some people say they had trouble hearing me but others say I sound very clear?

Overall this case provides great protection against falls and works great in water such as if you were to use your phone in a beach or swimming pool to take pictures but recommendation not to use screen protection there is a better response I fine without the screen protection. The only problem I have with this case is the fact that when you are talking/ having a conversation the person on the other side of the line have difficult hearing what you are saying and you may sound robotically but as far as protection against water and false dirt and anything else I feel less if life proof is a great case. I want to add One of the clips broke on the bottom of the case I called life proof and they sent me out a replacement free of charge and also let me The broken one now that's a bang for your buck

This is my daughters case and the sound quality on my end sucks! She LOVE LifeProof as she's had the case on all of her fruit phones. But this one is just not rockin it. She's returned it and tried a different one thinking maybe it was a quality issue but it's the same. When inquiring further she's been told "that's a known issue for this case". WTH?! Seriously? Lifeproof - come on...you can do better! So she ends up taking the case off if she's going to talk a long time. She tried just popping open the plug cover thing but that didn't work. She loves the case EXCEPT that part - which is crucial. She is brutal on her cases - but Lifeproof stands up to her beatings. The last one she had was barely still alive but even then was still very protective of her phone. She never put it under water so she can't attest to that function. Just the repeated drop-abuse it suffered kept her phone new and shiny. If you want to protect your phone for awesome retail value - this is the case. Hopefully they work out the quirks with the whole sound quality cuz that is poor. The other thing she said sucks is that she wanted a black case but not the smokey protection screen...but there wasn't that option. LP - you know there is a shiny gold fruit! Why would you make a smokey screen cover so people can't show off the bling?! Come on... So rating is strictly on sound quality...and a little cosmetic disappointment. The case for protection purpose is top notch.

Has done a great job of protecting my phone. I need a waterproof case as my job of being a firefighter puts phone in harms way with moisture and abuse. Love that case is not bulky like some other cases I have had. I had a lifeproof with my last phone and traded phone in looking like new. Only issue with this case is there are times when callers say they cant hear me very well. Thinking a connection issue as I will recall and fune most of the time. I also open charge port door and they say its better. Thats the reason for 4 stars.

A bit pricey. Its not really a case Id use all the time. Only use it for when I go to the beach or pool. The audio comes out of the case but it vibrates the case which when im holding in my hand it bugs me a bit. Uses a special extension earphone jack. It's nice but once again I wouldn't want to carry it with me if I decided to listen to music or make a call with mic. Like I said if you are going to be near water its a good case. For everyday not really. It's way too pricey for a situation case as well. So if you dont mind spending some big bucks on a water resistant case that muffles sound a bit. Is extremely hard to remove. And has you carrying a headphone extention with you (which is prob a inch long at most). Then maybe you should try this product. Pros : Water resistant No plastic screen protector ( I like because it doesnt mess with resolution) Home Button, speaker, mic and camara (and flash) are covered by a thin plastic that doesn't mess with your pictures or volume (except that it vibrates the case) Cons: Price too high Speaker Vibrations When swiping up from bottom of the screen, the case seems to get in the way sometimes. (bit annoying but not a big deal.

Before this case, I had broken 4 iPhone 6 screens. I was too afraid to even have a phone. Ha. Until this case... However, my roommate disliked her LifeProof but I knew I had to try it out for myself. I am obsessed with clear cases because I think everyone should be able to showcase the beautiful iPhone design. This case was exactly what I was looking for looks wise. I'm glad LifeProof decided to remove the plastic screen cover on this case. I almost bought a screen protector to go with the case but I have not yet. Dislikes: You can only use a Apple charger to charge your phone. You must remember to bring the adapter that they give your for your headphones because you can't use headphones without it. The case muffles your speakers/ringtones. I still cannot figure how to take the case off after the guy at Best Buy turned it on.

I live on the farm, so this case kept all the grime and dirt out! It also allowed the natural design of the phone to be seen and there wasn't too much bulk added. Good case for someone who needs a little extra protection.

This case does it all. I keeps dust and water from your phone. I've tested it many times and it has not failed me yet. It doesnt add to much thickness to the slim iphone 6 while giving it much needed protection. Only gripe is the charging port and headphone jack is an exact fit for the original apple lightning cables and headphones. So most aftermarket charging cables and headphones will probably not fit into the case. But other than that, the case is amazing!!!

I really like this case, it was easy to assemble, not too thick, and is waterproof which was an essential requirement. The accidental drop test occurred when my puppy knocked it off the seat of my truck while I was on a call with the speaker mode engaged - not even a scratch or mark on the case and the call continued as if nothing had happened. The only drawback is the ringer/silent switch that is a bit stiff in use, which considering the capabilities of the case, is a very minor design issue.

The case was easy to install and it is offering the great protection that lifeproof cases do! My last lifeproof case protected my phone after 2 years when a wave at the beach washed over the phone so I purchased another case when I upgraded because it held up so well! I love that the nuud does not cover the screen, but still comes with a screen protector to apply to protect from scratches! I also like that the audio jack cover is attached so I won't lose it. The sound quality does suffer with the case on, but not nearly as much as it did with my last lifeproof case (which was for an iphone 4). Overall very satisfied with this purchase!

There isn't a better waterproof, protective case than Lifeproof cases, they are well designed, only add a little more bulk. So far so good with this Nuud case.

I have never had a LifeProof case before, and I was excited to see how it worked. It truly kept my phone safe from nearly everything! The only issues I have, which I read in other reviews, is that because it is airtight, sometimes the speaker makes a feedback noise, the openings are so small that only Apple cables fit into them, and the ringer mute button is very difficult to use (having trouble turning the ringer on and off as I desire). Besides these, I love this case! Just glad I knew what I was getting myself into because it clearly DOES protect my phone from everything!

good case just really expensive. a lot of reviews people complain about the charging port only being big enough for the apple brand cord. well i have a few different brands that wouldn't fit with my otterbox but now fit in the lifeproof. haven't tried calling anyone yet so i haven't testing the sound issues some people are having

Bought this case for work purposes. Work in construction and I am always out in the elements, so the water proof ability is great. It did work with the Zagg Gorilla Glass Screen Protector!! The ONLY down fall is that the person on the other end of the line while talking always says I am being muffled or MY HEAD IS IN A BUCKET....

If you have ever owned a Lifeproof product, it is everything you would expect it to be. In my opinion, they took a step back in a few areas: 1. The charging port cover will only accept factory sized Apple chargers. So, if you have a car charger, or aftermarket cable with a sturdier connector, it will not fit. 2. The microphone is easily muffled. To the other caller, it sounds like you are under water. It is simple to fix (gently blow inth the mic port for 3-5 seconds), but this was never an issue with all of our previous Lifeproof purchases. 3. If you use TouchID, you will have to recalibrate the settings. The case changes the way your fingers touch the home button. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. If you want the benefits that Lifeproof offers, then the case is still worth the purchase. Hopefully Lifeproof gets enough feedback about No 1 to change the design back to what they had for iPhone 5S.

I love this case for my iPhone, and especially love that I can actually touch my screen and it still be waterproof. However, I did have to exchange my case because the charger port access door is very slim, and the tabs broke off. The cashier at the store did tell me that is common with this case. The only thing I would change is to make that sturdier! So far with my exchanged case I have had no issues.

Drop protection, water & dust resistant, no screen cover to decrease touch screen sensitivity--this case has it all. One drawback is the speaker membrane. The iphone 6 upgraded speaker is awesome, but not when you hear it reverberate in this case. Recommend a bluetooth speaker when listening to tunes or watching movies.

I have decided to only use this case when I am expecting that I may drop it in the water or need extra protection for shock. The sound quality is very poor for me (if not on speaker). Additionally, the caller on the other end did not hear me very well. I have blue tooth ear buds now, but previously, it was really a pain to switch around the attachments for my various speaker systems.
