This time, however, the phone ended up ruined after the very first use. The waterproof test was done with no problem. Once the phone was placed in it and it touched water for the first time, it was ruined. It was as if the case wasn't even there. Water was completely visible through the case. There were no visible cracks, openings, or gaps. LifeProof has nothing to say, except "sorry about your luck, do you want a new case".

This case causes my phone to echo when talking and high pitched feed back sounds. Disappointed with life proof after so many years with there previous cases.
