Not great for the money

Over time the microphone can't hear you well. The rubber tears easily and the o-ring twists and breaks.customer service is great but annoying it doesn't last longer. Finally got tired of sending it in every couple of months. Otherwise it works as advertised.

Once I assembled it which took an hour or so I wish there were better instructions. Now when on the subway I pull this out and looks like I really have an iPhone I gotta work on my ringer sounds from my mouth. Instant credibility. People know I'm a player.
