My wife still uses her's but that loud echo sucks. Mine wouldn't close properly. My return experience was garbage. I'm never shopping here ever again. I've never liked Best Buy very much and this just put me in that interesting position of wanting to yell at people but I wasn't able to. It was a huge waste of my time. Garbage company and garbage product.

They have worked great in the past. I was excited to get the newer model Lifeproof case. It was a great price but I returned it. When you made a call, it was very muffled like you were talking in a wind tunnel. I ended up buying the older Lifeproof case. It has worked great.

As long as you are using the charger that came with the iPhone you shouldn’t have any issues with the charge cable fitting.
