Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I have not experienced anything breaking, people say they can hear me just fine even on speaker phone. I did have the Fre but couldn't stand the scratch protector diffusing the screen making it look like it was made in 2010. I wonder if their was a defective batch at first? Anyways I really like the case this far. I can use the actual screen, the clear back looks nice to show off iphone, and it has the 4 proofs. I'm still amazed at the so few and negative reviews everywhere.

Major Disappointment

After just a few days...completely shattered screen. I will be returning this to BestBuy. We have a new priority now. We need a new screen ASAP so we don't continue getting glass in our fingers. I am very disappointed in the "Lifeproof" product.

Phone Screen Shattered

The case is advertised as surviving drops from 6.6 feet, but my phone didn't survive a fall of less then 3 foot. It's an expensive case for such little protection.

We could not find our registration card which came with the box so they would not honor a warranty despite have the serial numbers and proof of purchase.

Pieces falling out

An incredible case

Very tight fit on your phone reduces the bulkiness that seems popular with most phone cases. It still has access to all of the features of your phone even though it is water proof. The case is extremely durable as it can withstand drops, snow, dust, and water. The back of it is clear and looks fantastic with the new iPhones. Having this case on your phone really creates confidence when walking around with your phone. The price is a little steep but for the value that you get, it is totally worth it. It is also fantastic assurance for not breaking your new phone.

It works as advertised! I did the waterproof test and not a drop. It's not as bulky as I thought it would be. I really like the nuud design. It looks great and I like being able to access my screen directly. Works great with Touch ID. No complaints and would highly recommend.

However, if I still had my receipt, I would return this product. Yes, it protects but what good is that if I cannot talk on the phone without having a screech in my ear and people constantly asking me "Are you still there?" If you do not need to actually talk on your phone, I would recommend this product. It is very disappointing that I paid so much money and cannot even hold a conversation on my phone!
