Ordered the first one and it arrived damaged. But the damage didn't match the box and it appeared to have occured during the manufactureing process. Ordered a replacement, and it arrived with damage that once again, didn't match the box. I even tried to match up good pieces as they both had broken wheels, but there was damage to both main units so I gave up and returned them both. I wasn't about to trust a device that would be filled with hot oil and was so poorly made. The only good was that the return process with Best Buy is extremely easy, but they need to discontinue this product and should probably consider dumping the entire brand.

I have owned several large oil heaters over the years and this is the first time I've felt unsafe using one. The unit leaks oil, and has been since the day it arrived (although I didn't realize thats what was going at first).
Not just is this leaking oil, which could eventually lead to a fire when the heating element no longer has enough oil to dissipate heat, it also is really unintuitive to use. The settings aren't very clear, and it's very fiddily getting it started up. It also does not remember what settings it was on when turned off, so you have to reset it constantly.
Luckily the oil is reacts to UV light so it was easy to identify the leak was in fact coming from the radiator.

Awful quality. After a week, while in use it started making a buzzing clicking noise. Alarmed, we unplugged it. This was a stroke of luck because no sooner than having unplugged it a small wisp of smoke, literally smoke, rose up from the control panel. So it shorted out while in operation within a week of use. Had we not been in the same room with it, it could have been worse.

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear the heater didn’t meet your expectations. Oil-filled radiators are designed to provide steady, gentle heat and are best suited for smaller to medium-sized rooms. If it seemed underpowered, it may not have been the right fit for your space or heating needs.
We’d be happy to troubleshoot with you or discuss options that might better match your heating goals. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] —we’d love the chance to help.
Thank you for your feedback.
