Love it easy to connect easy to use I sat around for hours playing around with it also I live in an apartment building I like how I can turn my lights on and off from the parking lot

I used have the Philips hue version of these bulbs and decided to switch to LIFX because they didn't need a hub. I am so happy I made the switch!! My living lights up in brighter richer colors than the Hue lights and the LIFX app is even easier to use/ change colors when compared to the Philips Hue app. Integrating with IFTTT, you can do even more like set scenes (color assignments to specific light bulbs) to turn on/off at specific times, blink lights when Alexa timer goes off, change colors when my Ring doorbell is pressed, flash if my Nest Protect detects a smoke emergency and so much more.

I have owned both lifx and philips hue and the lifx wins hands down. These lights are brighter and have a better color range than philips hue. The only bad thing about these lights are they are addictive. I now have 12 of these throughout the house.

Bulb is good. I use this as my porch light and it works well and we like switching up the colors. App could use some work. Some of the modes don't make sense.

I really jumped into the connected home as of late. These were a nice addition and allowed me to give my home a festive feel this Christmas. They have a good amount of 3rd party support and can be setup numerous ways. Bright too.

These lights are awesome! I love having smart lights, and the app works really well. I love being able to set up custom themes, and the colors are so bright and vibrant!

balls out light bulb here. they really went balls out on this thing. it can change like, idk, maybe 17 diifferent colors? yeah, at least. its pretty balls out.

Sometimes they go out of sync. I wish they were a little bigger for the recessed can lights. But overall I like them. I purchased 10 of them and so far they have been ok. I use Wemo switches to control them.

Cool lights. I have them on my front porch and they are programmed to come on at certain times or when I open my garage or arrive home after dark.

This light lights up the entire yard plus the neighbors! Great lights for everyday use! I’m glad I spent the money! Well worth it!

PROS: I am loving these lights! They are certainly bright enough to light up my living room with loft ceilings. The color options are awesome. The scenes & effects look great as well. They were super easy to install and set up too. CONS: I really wish I could save effects as scenes. I also think it'd be nice to have more options for how to interchange colors as an effect.

Early adopters pay and that's fine but I hope to see these in time drop in price. I have 8 in my basement and love everything about them. But I can't bring myself to expand throughout my house at this price point. Colors are rich, features great, integrations perfect with Logitech, nest and others and keep expanding features and products which I like.

I purchased this bulb for my office in my garage because it was simply too dark in there to get work done. The LIFX bulb was easy to setup and join my wifi network and pulled an update to the bulb right away. I plan on buying more of these to supplement my existing Philips Hue bulbs (because most are brighter) as I can. My wife thinks its hilarious that I have the light set to red at night so that it doesn’t affect my sleeping.

It's good but sometimes has some connectivity issues.

The set up for the LIFX lights was easy and they work quite well. These were programmed easily for automatic activation while on vacation and they are easily turned on remotely at various times. These lights are also Alexa-compatible and work well when I tell Alexa to turn on/off areas in the house manually. I have also found the time since I purchased these to set up various colors and effects and my granddaughters love to dance to music with them.

Who would have thought that I would pay $55 for a light bulb. I bouht this to use in a kitchen area for a recessed light over the sink which is used for additional lighting as well as lighting at night by itself. The colors are very vibrant, the bulb puts off a lot of light, and it works flawlessly with all my Echo dots. Great bulb - I'm glad I don't need a lot of br 30 type bulbs as I'm afraid I'd be spending a lot, but for this use it was worth the money.

I purchased 4 of the LIFX color changing bulbs for my son’s room. The set up through WiFi on an IPhone was super easy. The colors are vibrant and there are an unlimited amount of color combinations and light effects. We also connected to an Echo, but he usually just uses his IPhone. The other option was the Phillip’s lights but they require a “bridge” connected directly to a router and the colors are muted. So glad that we purchased the LIFX lights instead!

Have purchased these in the past and for some reason they would disconnect from the Home and would be very hard to reconnect.

I have used LIFX lamps for years and the color saturation is primo! Aside from an occasional WiFi disconnect I think they’re great.

Very good item, easy to use their on and off schedules are very convenient for when going on vacation.
