    I found through my experience with LED light strips that LifX has worked best for me, just wish they offered more products in terms of controlling they away from using your phone.

    The low score is because the difficulty of adding ext lights strips to a existing one. It’s like pulling teeth, but once connected it works very well.

    Love that you don't need to have a hub connected to your router. I've had these for a few years but recently moved. I wanted to extend my current 3 sets to 4. From what I understand you can have up to to 10. Setup was easy after a quick Google search showed me you have to push the button on the controller for it to recognize the new strip. After that it worked perfectly and you couldn't tell it was an "add on". Overall, I love this brand!

    I bought Lifx strips and Clean bulbs and they are pricey, bub they are the best, including the aop. I qas at first not happy with the lack of controllers like motion sensors, but I found a great solution and bought another venders quality sensors I also bought Hue motion sensors. I can control the Lifx lights with the Philips Hue motion sensor. I use a Hubitat hub that can accept Wifi via wired connection to the network, as well as wireless Zigbee and ZWave. Alexa and Google assistant also are available.
