Puts off a good amount of light, I would say when it is set to 100% it is about as bright as a 75 watt bulb. Love the different colors you can set it to. We have switched most of our home to these now. Works great with Alexa, and fairly easy to set up.

I bought this because I wanted to try something new plus I needed a light bulb since mine died. It was a very easy set up. It took all of 2 mins to set up. I love being able to control everything through my iPhone and my internet. Unlike, the phillips hue lights, I don’t need a hub to control my lights. All I have to say is “hey siri, turn on my light” or “hey siri, turn my lights green”. The effects are pretty awesome as well. It takes a little bit to learn how to get the lights to work with music but when it does its awesome.

I chose this because of good reviews and I refuse to get a smart home hub. I'm so impressed I'll be buying another set. They're so easy to setup, I love coming home and telling Siri or Alexa to turn my lights on, or when I have company changing the colors to fit whatever movie or game is on. If you're not already invested in another smart lights system, get these. Also, I find one of these more than enough to light up an entire room, but 2 balances it out a lot better.

I've really enjoyed this product. I have a relatively small townhome. I have these setup to turn on in the morning and off at sunrise. Likewise, on at dusk and off near bedtime. It's great! And I love how I can adjust the colors to whatever my mood is. It also also me to change colors independently or as a "home unit". I like that the setup was incredibly easy without having to plug anything into the router itself! I totally would recommend these! Nice to be able to work your lights when you're out of town too!

These might be pricey compared to a lot of other smart bulbs, but they are far superior to a dozen other major brands that I tested. Brighter, more saturated colors, and WAY better app. The only thing I would improve is the setup process. It can be a bit tricky. After you get it all set up, though it’s an incredibly smooth and seamless experience. Works great with Alexa. You get what you pay for.

I have purchased the light strips for my tv and a few of the light bulbs. I never thought that I would buy a lightbulb at this price but after purchasing LIFX light products, I am a lifetime customer. I love the convenience of the app and the schedule light feature which wakes me up is awesome. The best feature is when I’m away the lights come on as if someone is home. Thanks for a great product

The bulb is capable of dimming, which alone, is quite a selling point for me since most of my free time is in the late evening. I dislike sitting in brightly lit environments when I’m trying to relax. Being able to change the color of the bulb is also nice, but not a feature I would die without. I can control the bulb with my phone, ensuring that I can turn the light on without crossing a dark room and anticipating what might be in there.

Love the color of these bulbs. The app associated with the lights is elegant. Needs a little updating. Such as routines need to be automated without phone connected to network. Only real issue is when power goes out and flickers more than 5 times you need to shut off lights before this happens or you will be resetting them all to your network.

LifX has created an amazing alternative to the Philips Hue Smart Life Family. The colors and vibrancy of this light are impeccable. The set up was easy and connected immediately to my WiFi. I have no had any issues with the light, connection etc. The app makes it easy to control from anywhere inside the house and while away. I am truly pleased and looking forward to expanding in the house with their products.

These bulbs are high quality. They cover the color spectrum and are easy to use via the LIFX app. Turning lights on and off via your phone makes it a breeze. They also supposedly last a long long time, we’ll see. Only issue I’ve found is if they get disconnected from your WiFi they are a pain to re-connect. Make absolutely sure to hold on to their packaging, and if you have more than one, write down their identifying marker.

I bought the Mini for one of our smaller fixtures that would have been too cramped for a standard size LIFX bulb. It has worked flawlessly since installation and gives the same outstanding color performance we've come to expect from our other LIFX bulbs. I will add that it is dimmer than our other bulbs, but that's to be expected since it's clearly advertised as 800 lumens.

These are the hands down best colored light bulbs you can buy. I have tried five different brands, and returned them all. Until this one. They are bright in both white light and Colored light modes. They also allow routines with ramping and dimming. The app is great. They are well worth the price, and are way less hassle than their chief competitor brand.

After seeing what smart RGB LED lights could do at a friend's party, I decided I would try one. I went with LIFX because they could connect directly to my network without a hub. The app was finicky to get set up, I believe I had to look online or get help from the company with the first connection to the bulb, but once I got it connected to my Google Assistant there has been no real need to use the app. Being able to not just turn it on or off, but control color and brightness, with my voice or scheduled routines has been great. I have it setup to be a low red when I say I'm going to bed, and a bright white on weekday mornings as a reminder of the time. This bulb worked so well for me that I got another one for a larger room. A simple feature I really like is that, in a pinch (if your WiFi is down), you can use it like a regular light. Taking power away and then bringing it back will make it turn on, so you can plug it into a switch controlled outlet but still use the smart functionality return it's turned on. Other than the app, the biggest drawback is just that this is indeed a small bulb, and it is not powerful enough to light a whole room by itself. It's better as a supplemental lamp.

Absolutely love this light! I can finally control my smart bulb with an app! No need to get up and turn a light on or off. I love the colors I can choose to change the mood and the settings. It was so easy to set up and no hub needed next step is buying a speaker to control it for voice activation! Heather checked me out and was so helpful, I had to get the geek squad protection on it, such a good value for the product.

LIFX is the best Apple HomeKit compatible non hub required A19 bulbs you can buy. Overall they are easy to setup and work great. The only issue I've seen is that twice now Siri on my HomePod Mini has indicated unable to turn on the bulb however the manual HomeKit control as well as my iPhone 12 Pro Siri control has worked. I dont know if the HomePod Mini is causing the issue or if it's related to the bulb.

Once I iron out all of the connection issues (new apartment's community wifi solution has proven to complicate the process), these will be a perfect smart lighting solution for me. I enjoy the ability to customize my Day & Night schedule to help me ease into sleep. Also of note, the features like color cycle or flicker are great to create a different atmosphere at home. Took some work to get connections going, but the features and colors produced far outweigh that effort.

These lights were extremely easy to install and get connected. Having the app to control my lights while also being able to use amazon alexa, has made it impossible to forget to turn off my lights or run up my electricity bill, especially being able to schedule specific times when you want them on and off. I would highly recommend these lights to any customer.

Compared to the other LIFX bulbs I have this one is so petite. I have this bulb in a table lamp in the living room. I needed a light as bright as possible since we don’t get any morning natural light and do not have an overhead light. This light in conjunction with an A19 light up our entire living room. It’s easy to sync them as well. It was easy to connect to home kit and the LIFX app and hasn’t lost connectivity once. I recommend doing HomeKit first and then finishing setup in LIFX. I did one bulb the other way around and it didn’t connect to HomeKit correctly. After install I got a new router - I recommend you save the HomeKit QR code for quick reconfiguration. I love being able to turn on the light anywhere for the pups. I downloaded a third party which creates amazing light shows to music as a fun extra. Super happy with the purchase and plan on buying more!

Yes these are a bit pricy but I bought them on sell. I redid my apartment with several of these lights with my Google assistant and they are a lot of fun. Just tell them what to do and they do it. On, Off, change color to Red, Green, Blue, etc. Dim up, Dim down. Dazzle your friends. You will never have to touch another light switch again.
