great switch, very responsive haven't had any issues with this switch

Great quality network switch providing enough ports for a large number of high speed devices.

We have a whole house music and security system - all connected to an Xfinity WiFi modem. The modem only supports two (2) RJ45 connections which is not nearly enough. Adding this switch has made hard-wiring of select devices a breeze. It's worked perfectly ever since taking it out of the box. Not to mention is a breeze to hook up.

Bought this to go along with my new router system to hardwire all the electronics near my entertainment center. It has a good amount of ports and works well. Connections are fast (as they should be since everything is hardwired), and I've had no issues with reliability. No real set up is required - just plug it in and connect your devices with Ethernet cables.

This just what I needed to get all my home theater devices hardwired to the internet. Just plug and play, not one issue. Very happy with it. I must say that I didn't do any research before buying it. I just used the instore sales person and she seemed to know a lot about the product.

Plug and play. Fast switch. Upgraded from a 5 port. No issues yet.

The biggest thing to me is the size. I needed something that could fit in my cord basket under my desk and not take up too much room and it does exactly that. I also think it’s a great price point for 8 ports. Although I don’t use all of them, it’s nice to have a few open ones for just a few extra dollars.

Great size. Priced right. Out of the box setup. Would buy again.

If you are adding multiple routers or WiFi carriers then this is a good device to manage the traffic. It really is a plug and play from the box. I have a 5 port and just upgraded to the 8 port with very little to no traffic degradation. Get them especially if they are on sale :)

This very small device is Easy to install and Lightning fast for connections that allow Megabit communications. It can be connected to several 1000 MBS pieces of equipment and combine their communications to a Megabit Router input. The slower devices never seem to wait for each other.

If you have several devices you want to physically connect to your router this switch will do the trick. It was economical and had more than enough ports for my purposes. It has worked well with no problems. Easy to use.

Just upgraded my home internet to 1GBPS. Had 2 PCs 2 Xbox’s and a PS4 to hardwire to take advantage. This little baby does everything i need and more. Super easy plug and play, plug in your main wire then fill up the ports with the other items you need wired and boom you’ve got wired connections.

As advertised, device set up was plug and play. Good value

We bought this because Xfinity only has 2 Ethernet Ports on their 400Mbs Modem. We needed more to complete our homes wiring. This item is nice and sleek. We have it on our entertainment center. The speeds are fast to our PC and Blue Ray. My wife and I both like this product.

This was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Probably took me about 2 minutes to take out of the box, plug in and connect to my router. My Cox Panoramic modem only has two ethernet ports and I needed more. The Linksys switch was the perfect solution.

I purchased this to extend my connections to my office and it has performed flawlessly for the last year or so that I have owned it. When it is time to add another or to upgrade for my connections I expect to stick with this line.

This works flawlessly in our house we were using many ethernet cords in our room and still needed more and realized we needed more ports on our router but instead of buying a new router this took care of that problem. Worth the buy as it is very affordable.

The gigabit switch from Linksys is an outstanding product, and working exactly as I had hoped. I bought it so that I could connect all my entertainment devices into one location, and separate it on my home router. The fast speed and easy setup accomplishes my goal perfectly.
