Excellent Switch to extend my router to other computers

Really great 8-port switch. Plug it in and it works. I've gotten a few of these for clients and couldn't be happier.

This is a great little speedy router that we used at our Television studio. Easy to use/install and does everything you need. A great price too.

the purpose works excellent in providing maximum wired speed for my mancave. lots of port for multiple systems...way better then relying on the wifi.

I needed to upgrade to a gig switch and this one did the trick. It was on sale, so got at a good price. Plugged it in and was getting gig speeds.

Actual product is not same as picture. But it works same as one. Just design is changed. Simple and works ok as it designed.

Simple set up and easy to use. I'm using this for Cox's new gigablast service; and all my wired devices are getting fast, reliable speeds.

The Linksys SE3008 switch has the basic features needed to add ports to a router. Our Comcast router has only two ethernet ports, so expansion was absolutely necessary. I am running Sonos gear, Bose Soundtouch speakers, Samsung TVs, Network attached storage, and a Philips Hue hub through the Linksys switch. Everything works well. I like the fact that the switch clearly indicates whether I have a gigabit connection or something less. For an un-managed switch, this is everything I need in a solidly built, competitively priced package.

Simple, it works. Used it to connect to a router several devices on both sides of a wall bedroom/ home office to living room. Plug and play, no configuration required. It connects directly to one of the same on iyer side so I have 7 ports free on each side connect other devices such as hard drives, laptops, TVs, streaming devices etc that work faster and reliably on a wired network.

Needed a switch with more than 5 ports. This works great and is small.

Great price of equipment. Works very well. Also long enough to get the job done. Five stars.

Works great! My setup contains the following: ONT (fiber) > Main Router (parent node in a mesh network - also Linksys AX4200) > Switch (branches to 2 child nodes via wired backhaul, a gaming PC, PS5, Mac and SmartTV). All wiring is mounted under a massive corner desk in my office very well hidden. Haven’t noticed any connectivity/service issues since the install. Love Linksys and their customer support. Great price and a great looking unit!

Got new fiber optic internet and it was suggested that I buy a switch since the modem they provide wouldn't work properly without one since I had sever thing plugged in to the old cable modem. This switch has worked well and I have speed test reading of over 900 mbs. I would buy this item again.

I was looking for a gigabit switch and this is perfect for what I needed. Most of my equipment is hardwired, l have 3 smart TVs, a PlayStation, Philips Hue lighting, 4K AppleTv, IP security camera system, Directv and a desktop computer. On WiFi we have a printer, 4 cellphones, 2 Apple tablets and a WiFi only laptop. Thank goodness I bought this 8 port switch to accommodate all the stuff I have! This switch is perfect for our household, I think Linksys makes great products and I’d recommend anything they make to anyone.

Needed extra ethernet ports for my WFH setup and this gigabit switch made it easy to connect.

WOW This has to be the easiest plug n play I have ever encountered!! plug in the power then plug in three game systems and a TV. that's all there is to it ! works perfectly!! I will agree with those who said the blue power light is WAY too bright. I had some painters blue masking tape so I cut four 1/2 " squares and covered the power light. That fixed that ! This unit is AMAZING !! works Perfectly ! Set up took five min !
