They have a good WiFi system, but the room where we were staying was to far to connect my desk top with a cable. This adapter did the job and I am connected.

The one I had by Netgear was 20 years old and finally broke down. This has a lot further reception ability for the Wi-Fi and works well for what I need it for.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mine came disconnected from the internet quite a bit, but when it worked, it worked great, I finally got a hardline in now but if you’re in a pinch, it will get you by with some fiddling here and there, also downloading the driver without an internet connection to the machine is impossible, so you better have a usb flash drive and some time to search for the driver on a laptop or something connected to internet.
