Your feedback is important to us. Resetting the Linksys wireless adapter every now and then is definitely not acceptable. This Linksys Wireless-AC USB Adapter should work fine with your computer. Allow us to take this chance to make this right for you. If you haven't updated the driver yet, we recommend to update it. If the udpate is successful, please uninstall the wireless adapter under device manager, reboot your computer, and install the unit again.
