Worked perfect, from the minute that the download was finished. Impressed with the speed. Wished all computer accessories were this easy.

I have an older computer and I live in the country so internet is a hard thing to keep up with. The internet device I have would not pick up on my older laptop so I had to purchase this to try and see if it would attain the wifi signal. After intalling drivers and setting it up, my older laptop was able to pick up the signal.

I was able to easily connect to the web on my desktop with this adapter. I am connecting to another linksys networking product for my router and with a wps push button setup I had to do very minimal setup at all. I have been using for streaming videos and music and for downloading games. It is slower on the game downloads than a wired connection but nothing too terrible. This adapter works better than some that I have used in the past. Overall great product, have had for a couple months and it has done the job just fine.

I can recommend it as a economical WiFi adapter for Windows 7. Be aware it is not a simultaneous dual band. This is stated on the front of the box as "2.4 OR 5 GHz Dual-Band" but the or is easy to miss. My PC is a dual boot W7 and Linux. It doesn't have a driver for Linux nor is there one readily available as of my review. But if you're a Linux person there seems to be a way to make it work by jumping through some hoops.

Pros-works great, is fast and reliable. Cons-the size. Since it plugs into a USB port it sticks straight out which my kids and dogs bump into a lot.

For best connection to my modem in a little apartment. Compared to a few other adapters I've tried, this was the only adapter that had the best range in my little apartment. One would think in a small apartment, placing the adapter in the next room, while the modem in the master bedroom would work with a good connection. I had to make a few trips to the store and finally found this adapter to be the best. The other adapters such as netgear (forgot the others), brought me back to the old days like Dial-up.

Great reception of wireless signal and fairly easy install. It does stick out some so account for that in the installation.
