If a software or accessory doesn't work it's never been because of user error. Maybe the one I got was simply defective. I ended up taking it back and using an ethernet cable.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Linksys WUSB6300 AC Dual Band adapter. Though the wireless adapter is an 802.11ac compliant, it still backwards compatible with other wireless connection standards. The speed and connection still depend on the wireless router the adapter is connecting to. It is best to use a Wireless-AC adapter to connect to a router that supports the Wireless-AC standard to achieve the maximum connection speed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the WUSB6300 wireless adapter. Where is your wireless headset connected to? If both wireless devices are connecting to your wireless router using the same wireless band, they should not conflict unless the wireless Channel used by the router is already crowded. Try to adjust the wireless Channels on your router and use recommended Channels 1, 6 and 11 which are non-overlapping. You could have made it easier and better for me

I went online, picked out what I wanted, went to pay and couldn't get my account number to get the financing. I called the 800 number and they made it difficult too, not being able to lookup my account number or put the charge on my account. You got lucky, I didn't want to shop more elsewhere. I used another card, but I didn't get the best deal because your processes prevented it for me. You don't have to make it so hard to buy from you, especially for a customer that has such a long history with you. You could have made it easier and better for me, but you're just to big I guess.

To isolate, let’s try moving closer to the router just to eliminate the possible physical obstructions and wireless interference. Wireless interference, distance, and outdated firmware/software are just some of the factors that slow down the connection. Try adjusting the router's wireless channel to 6, 9, 11, or 1 to avoid possible interfering signal. Minimize physical obstruction by relocating your router or your wireless computer. Poorly executed

Not only did I have to go through hoops to download the driver for it (the driver is NOT included with the product so you need an internet connection outside of where you're using the product to access and save the driver for install), but the product itself disconnects on its own without warning.

Don't expect anything over 50mbps
