Setup was a bit frustrating. I had an older PC that did not have a Wifi card, so I bought this. In order for this adapter to work, you must first download the driver software. Since my computer doesn't have Wifi, and had to unhook it, lug it into the living room to hook up the Ethernet cable, download the software, lug it back into the office and then setup the adapter. Also, the speed is adequate for working/streaming music and videos, but I wouldn't attempt to game online with it. I average about 16mbps download.

Works Great! I was having slow speeds due to an old wi-fi chip in computer, and this boosted my download speed from ~25mbps to ~350 mbps. Just make sure to connect through (Wofi-2)!

The AC1200 sets up very quickly and provides high internet speeds for my PC. Much faster than using the ethernet cable and adapter to use my homes wiring as a method to improve connection speed

The Lynksis Wireless AC USB 3.0 Adapter is a great tool. It allowed me to continue processing on line without having to pay a large amount to replace the internet processing unit. For the small amount of money, I am able to continue using the internet. It also sped up my computer as well.

Bought this for my father who wanted to rely only on his cell phone hotspot for internet. I thought for sure it would be a tedious effort to make the link every time for use, but am surprised at how friendly the link works.

Now we are connected. It works very well. No problems. It’s a little big so if you are plugging it straight into a USB port with little extra space I’d get an extension cable.

I have been using this adapter for about a month now and I love it.I play a lot of online games on my PC and this adapter has done a great job keeping up. Very easy to set up and use. I’ve never had an issue with it.

Easy to use easy to install software and easy to plug in

It plugged into my usb port, updated the drivers, and presto! Works great!

Worked great for my desktop when I did not have access to an ethernet port. The wifi range is decent and I was able to get the full speed from my router (200 Mbps).

It’s a good item, it was working well for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden my download speed just suddenly dropped. To get my numbers normal again I have to unplug it and uninstall it from my computer and then plug it back in. Don’t know why this is happening, a little annoying. This has happened at least twice in the last 2 weeks. 3 times in total. But the adapter is really nice and gets super high upload and download speeds, that is only when it is working properly and not acting up. If it’s acting up, I only get half of my usual upload and download speeds. Considered a 3 star but because this doesn’t happen to often, I don’t mind too much but it is an inconvenience.

We recently upgraded to a much faster router & modem and our old Wifi adapter just wasn't cutting it. The Linksys adapter we picked up for our son's computer has been outstanding so far. He's able to stream and play most games without any lag with the new adapter.

Very easy to use, and I haven't had any issues with it yet! The only thing to keep in my is the fact that is comes with an installation disk, so you'll have to do a bit more work if you don't have a disk drive on your PC.

Nice alternative to the old style dedicated adapter board that needed to be installed in a tower box. Used it to move a desktop to a location away from the router it was attached to via ethernet cord. It was pretty simple and works great.

Did exactly what it said ot would do. Internet runs smooth and fast with no corda or cables getting in the way.

My grandson’s DIY built gaming PC motherboard did not have built in WiFi and this product di the trick it was the perfect solution to WiFi connectivity. Small compact easy to use plug and play and away!

my computer was a 18 yr old desktop DELL computer. with old hard-drive didn't have wireless built-in to computer. The microsoft software was Windows ME (yes old). However, she worked great with the USB adapter and caught wireless so i can surf the web with no issues and watch videos without interruptions. Unfortunately, I had to put her down because the video card died and other ram issues which was going to come out expensive to fix. I replaced her with a Lenovo laptop, but i do miss my old clunker. I kept her hard drive to remember her by.

I bough the Wireless adapter to be able to move my desktop to a new place, the adapter work pretty well, very reliable connections and speed, I actually have the computer on 24hrs a day connected to internet and hosting and internal NAS using this wireless USB card, is that good.
