After upgrading to the AC1200 router, my husband upgraded his desktop computer by adding the Insignia USB 3.0 PCi interface card which then permitted him to use this wireless USB 3.0 adapter. He is now able to achieve connection speeds up to 620 Mps on the 5 GHz band.

Set up was simple and I have an excellent connection to my router which is on opposite lower side of home...Only "bad" thing is their is no utility software...Did not know that when I purchased this, but not having any utility software has not been an issue...

Picked this up for my brother because the antenna on the back of his motherboard broke. Works like a champ and has excellent range.

This product replaced an old and out dated one. It connects with ease, especially on older devices without wifi capabilities. Great product for a great value!

I have an older laptop that doesn't have AC wifi embedded, so I purchased this to go with my new Linksys AC router. The combination of these two pieces of equipment is awesome. I am getting amazing wifi speeds and it works like a charm, no issues whatsoever!

Had to use this for a desktop pc that would be connecting to a community WiFi network. Installed the software/drivers, plugged in the adapter and "boom"! WiFi was up and running. It was easier than a laptop.

It's not the best, nor is it the worst. It does what it needs to do, and does it well for the most part. Down side is that the size of it is rather elongated and it sticks out quite a bit!

Wifi in my son's bedroom was slow despite router being close. This wifi adaptor did not care about the walls and gave us the internet boost we needed. A 90 degree option would be great!

My husband and I purchased two for our teenagers, whose bedrooms are upstairs. They were always having trouble connecting and staying connected to our WiFi. I was worried that it was going to slow down our speeds but that has not been an issue. Very pleased with this product.

Simple, lightweight, works as described. My router is a few rooms away and this is used to provide internet through a few heavy walls.

I bought it to fix the lack of Internet my sisters desktop was getting. she moved to a new home with a router 10 or 15 feet from the desktop. bought this and said plug it in that's it. behold it works. she replaced the N series, that spectrum gave her.

TimeWarner cable recently upgraded my internet speed to 200 mbps. Had been using Powerline adapter with computer. Throughput of around 30 mbps. Using the wireless adapter I now get throughput of approximately 160 mbps. Well worth switching to wireless adapter.
