She moved her mother's computer from downstairs next to the router to upstairs in her room. The computer was older and was not wireless. The manufacturer indicated the only way to fix the problem was to buy a new motherboard for the computer which was not economically feasible because of the age of the computer. I hooked the wireless adapter to the computer in minutes including loading the drivers etc. The computer was on-line and searching the web within minutes. I am my granddaughter's and daughter's hero.
