Not enough range to cover my house and the antennas are not removable. There's no way to improve this model.

The light is forever blinking! My internet is so spotty. I just threw it out!!

Absolute crap. Get better performance from my 6 year old Netgear. Linksys, this is a pathetic product: the 2.4 craps out, the range is weaker than I’m used to, and the app is unreliable and mostly illogical. Best Buy’s ridiculous return policy seals their fate and Netgear’s with me on future electronic purchases. Don’t waste your time on this product.

Signal simply not strong enough for our house design. My house is only 1800 sf but has a lot of vaulted areas and a contemporary design. This router is constantly buffering on TV's and dropping apps on our phones. I wouldn't recommend it.

Item wireless connection is spotty and weak. There are multiple instances where the connection will drop if you are in a different room 10ft away from the router and even if you are in the same room, your phone/laptop may not be able to connect within 5ft of it.

Spent three days trying all different settings etc. Went thru all the instructions and internet instructions. Finally just returned it, just would not work actually slowed everything down!

The wifi range, even on 2.4ghz shcks..just between 2 rooms dont work!!

This WiFi router does not play well with Smart Home and IoT devices. Also, it does not work well with devices connecting to the Internet via a VPN. I am returning it.

Junk junk junk .. faulted and lost communication constantly. Rebooted all the time . Customer service was atrocious

My internet is so speedy now compared with my old, old router. I had no problem setting it up by carefully following the instructions and troubleshooting hints in the info sheet. Afterwards I had some questions and called the number listed in the sheet. The fellow who answered right away was very informative.

Replacing a 10 year old router, this one made a noticeable difference. We are in a rural area and don't have super high speed internet so the faster routers would make no difference. Set the old router up as a bridge in the basement but don't really need it because this one covers the whole house.

Any computer or device I plug into this router via the Ethernet ports sees no more than 90mbs download and 0.9mbps upload, despite the modem providing over twice that for download and 10x that for upload speeds. Contact with Linksys has provided no solutions, and there is nothing in the setup menu to correct this problem. Despite being listed as "gigabit" ethernet ports, these ports seem to be stuck on what appears to be 100mbps. Whether or not wireless speeds are lower than what they should be is difficult to find, however devices on the wireless network reliably show half of what the ethernet devices show.

Router never worked correctly and wireless would only connect when device was within 12 feet of router. Would leave zero stars but not allowed to do that. Don't waste your time and money on this. Item was returned.
