Works great as an extender

I was trying to use it in a metal shed outside about 40 feet away from my home and the signal was just too weak although got about 1/3 of the max speed so still worked. If I would've connected a yagi antenna to the outside of the shed I'm sure it would've been fine but ended up moving so I just use it in my home now.

We had to end up buying a larger modem as well as this product to help with our wi-fi needs. Would recommend if only searching the web, but not all of your other needs.

The signal is more consistent going into the one room that was cut off by the bathroom tiles, but other than a consistent stream, the signal quality has not gotten better.
