Other then that thus extender works perfectly. I have a desktop that is not wireless and it was making me nuts not being able to use it, and every USB plug in wifi thingy on the market sucks. This wifi extender has 4 ethernet ports and it connected to my Xfinity wireless cable router as soon as I powered it on. Now I don't have to buy a new desktop.

It's much improved over what we had, however still some dead zones

It's a few hundred feet from there to our main house so we use this to get the connection in the house and it works as advertised.

Mine did not work here, so I gave to my sister. Works well for her with standard cable internet router with WIFI.

My daughter coworkers were telling her she was freezing on teams and Zoom calls. Replaced with AC1200 extender during her lunch break. When she got back on her coworkers said she never froze again. What a difference. Great product.
