They don't (and don't claim to). They only claim to add a further reach to a radius of reception. Even that, however, seems like a claim that's a stretch of the truth. Maybe things are changing as the technology improves, but from my experience these extenders do very little (if any) of that. And walls, doors, and turns down hallways seem to stop any extension right then and there.

In fact, bandwidth is said to be cut in half when connected via the extender. Range Extender that is an awesome value!

This definitely helped out the Wifi Connection issues on the 5GHz network. This is a Dual-Band Range Extender so you will get both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. If your not looking for a mesh system, this is super easy to connect and use!

Setup is easy but it's not a super reliable repeater in terms of signal quality and range and requires frequent rebooting. Would only marginally recommend this.

We are here to be of assistance. In order to get a better performance, it is recommended to place the range extender in an area where it can get at least 3 wireless signal bars.
