Hi. Thank you for providing our product a review and for sharing with us your experience. The wireless settings of the router can be manually configured, so it may broadcast a stronger signal strength. Once the settings are properly set up, you should be able to enjoy the wireless connection. Access the router's wireless settings page by following the steps in this link: http://kb.linksys.com/Linksys/ukp.aspx?pid=80&vw=1&articleid=25807. For 2.4GHz network, test channels 1, 3, 6, and 11. For 5GHz, try channels 157 and 161. If you need additional assistance, email us your complete contact details, location, and the link to this review at LinksysCares@linksys.com. We will do our best to provide more possible solutions.Linksys

      Hi Daytona1,

Thank you for the time you spent in making this review for the Linksys EA6350. We know you've had some difficulty with it and we are here to assist you. There is a possibility that your Visio Smart TV may not be compatible with the type of security enabled on your router since that's the only device that can't connect to the network. We'd appreciate if you could share with us your network's wireless settings so we can sort this out. Please email us the details at LinksysCares@linksys.com along with the link to this post.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

      Regards,

      Linksys Support

Hi Spoony02. Thank you for the valuable feedback. Try to change the wireless channel for 2.4 Ghz to 1,6 or 11 since these are non overlapping channels. Then try to reconnect the printer. If that doesn't work, email us at LinksysCares@linksys.com with your contact details together with the link back to this review. Regards, Linksys Support Support.linksys.comLinksys
