I decided to test this product because I had a few areas in my house where 5Ghz coverage was spotty and some devices, especially my office printer and smart thermostats, were starting to have unstable connections because of the number of devices that were connected to my network and/or possibly congestion from traffic. Setup was extremely simple; downloading the app and connecting all 3 nodes took about 15 minutes. The main node of course was placed where my cable comes into the house, which in my case is basically the middle of the first floor. I placed the second node in my second floor office and the third I placed in my garage to help with outdoor coverage. The most noticeable improvement from my previous router is the WiFi coverage; there are no spotty areas in my house now, and on top of that, I have excellent coverage in quite a large area outside my house. In addition, this product seems to solved the connections issues I had started having with my printer and thermostats. The throughput is also better than my previous router and the latency when gaming is about the same... I thought it might be slightly worse since my gaming machine is connected to a satellite node and not the main one. Another nice feature is that each node has multiple ethernet ports so devices can be hardwired if needed. Overall, I'm really pleased with the Linksys Atlas Pro 6 WiFi system. It has provided my house with great WiFi coverage, increased throughput, and a more stable network environment. If you're struggling with spotty WiFi coverage try this product.

I was pleasantly surprised and am so happy with this purchase. It is faster than the tri-band models available, set up was super simple and I have had no issues thus far and haven’t had to restart anything. The app is really easy to use and includes a lot of customization. This was a very pleasing successor to my Airport and TimeCapsule base station roaming network.

Easy set up being new to trying Mesh router. I have experienced some drop out after set up and adding only a few devices to that individual router in home. Linksys app allows a lot of custom programming for those that like to tailor homes wifi and devices.

Great performance when it is working but glitchy. There are times when 1-2 nodes simply don’t connect despite being quite close to working nodes with no physical obstructions that would block the signal. Previously using an iPhone, I would constantly have WiFi simply disconnect where I needed to reset network settings on my phone to rediscover the network.

After years of Wi-fi dead zones and unstable connections, this Linksys system has solve it all. Eliminated the dead zones, stabilized connections on more than 40 devices and increased speed. And the application is an added bonus that lets you view all connected devices and to test download and upload speeds.

For some reason devices pop up views saying no internet. The system is reliable but, the internet loss pop up on my devices is bothersome. When i check the signal strength is always excellent. My printer 20 feet away loses the signal all the time. Set up didnot work without assistance fromvendor. Need simpler instructions on how to coonect to wifi

Amazing product no issues at all, does exactly what I needed it to. You can add as many hubs as you want, all use the same connection. You can even connect the hub wirelessly and use Ethernet for hardwired devices.

Very easy to set up, wifi 6 works great. I plan on hardwiring them together when we have fiber internet, but until then, they keep up with our cable service 100%. Occasionally have to reset one that kicks my s21 off, but maybe an issue on the phones side.

The range and coverage is amazing. While my house is mid sized at 1500 sf, being very long and narrow presents challenges for routers unless you can get a decent setup in the middle. Setting them up was quick and easy, though the update caused some issues when it took. My one complaint is that the software update caused issues because of the units was connected with an Ethernet backhaul. When the units restarted, two of bases did not reconnect and required some restarting to get it connect. Also, the software does not allow you to set a unit up to have Ethernet backhaul. Once everything came up, it works great and has amazing coverage. My only other complaint is that there are not a lot of advanced features that can be setup from the app.

Just purchased this router to replace my old router that kept losing signal. Setup was very easy and straight forward less than 30 minutes to install router and 2 mesh points. I have them placed around out the house and no dead zones anywhere .Speed is very fast i satisfied so far. Should have gone with mesh system sooner

Anyone who's been around WiFi routers knows about coverage area, linking, bridging and other ways of expanding coverage. Each manufacturer has their own way of doing it and some are better than others. Although I've used almost all of them at one time or another, and have definite opinions about advantages and disadvantages of each, I'm going to start by saying that the first thing I noticed is that these are sold as a SET rather than a random collection of routers likely bought at different times with different features that may, or may not co-operate with each other. I've even bought 4 that were manufactured by the same company...over $1,000 in total. Two of them could work together and 2 wouldn't. It was very annoying buying the same brand of router at a later time with misleading documentation that the "New, Improved, Better-Than-Ever-Technology" does not support the "Old Improved, Better-Than-Ever-Technology". I'm happy to say that you absolutely will not have that problem with these. They are made as a set to work together. You can even buy an add-on module at a later time that will further expand your "sphere of reception". I believe that 4 modules is the maximum right now, but the technology is always improving. I did find the initial setup a little "different" compared to previous router setups, but a very capable and knowledgeable support team walked me through it and when it was "done", it was DONE! The increase in coverage area and signal strength was immediate and remarkable. Depending on placement, I have a full signal on both floors and cellar of a medium to large (5 bedroom, 2 full bath) home. I have the master module in the back of the second floor (home office), the #2 module in the middle of the first floor (living room), and the #3 module in the front of the second floor (bedroom). Besides giving a full signal to the entire house, I also get outside internet 100 to 200 feet in front of and behind my house. The next module will be in a detached garage about 200 feet away from the house and will almost certainly result in 100% coverage inside and proximity outside as well. The pictures of the modules are a good representation that you can pretty much set them anywhere near an electrical outlet and have a pleasant, unobtrusive "knick-knack" sitting on a coffee table, speaker, window sill, shelf, etc. If, like me, you're tired of "futzin'" around with stand-alone routers with wobbly antennas that won't stay at a 45 degree angle, won't automatically upgrade firmware and don't always "play nice together" as they should. And if you don't mind paying a little more for guaranteed better coverage, than these are what you want! BTW, if you're considering the newer WiFi 6, which are more expensive, discuss it with a neutral WiFi guy first. I didn't get the 6's but I'm certainly not lacking for any speed or coverage!

Middling Wi-Fi performance after a 1.5 years of use. There is occasional, unexplained internet outages and nodes have not been as reliable (and specially if use them to provider wired connections.) Atrocious app and firmware updates (latest one was over a year ago.) Setup remains a test of patience as the app doesn’t always respond.

I bought these to replace my 3 original Velops that were pirchase years ago to take advantage of the greater wifi6 capabilities. So far, the coverage and range have been great. With the addition of my daughter and all of her accompanying electronics, the increase in device handling capabilities and speed come in very handy and are greatly appreciated. I also appreciate the fact that Linksys moved the ethernet ports to the sides and increased the number from 2 to 4 versus what came on the original model. A worthwhile upgrade, and a good purchase if you need greater range. My devices now get thw internet speed that im paying Spectrum for.

AX5300 Does bring the speed. I think that the ranges on most routers are over stated. You need to go 20 more than the size of your house to make sure the entire house is covered. I can tell the difference in speed and coverage. I upgraded from an AC2200 system. My plan was to add the ac2200 Nodes to the system but there has been no need to.
