There are NO manual instructions included in the box. Once I was able to get to the admin screen on my computer, the password on the bottom of the router did not work and I had to go through the password reset process just to get logged in. Linksys erroneously assumes that all users have a mobile device with a strong signal and that they are able/willing to download an app to install the router. If they want to steer people towards the app, that's fine; but, instructions for manual configuration should also be in the box. I'm the IT guy for my friends and family. I will steer them to other products.

I have contacted my internet provider and its not their service its my router. I do like the fact that I can go online and manage devices.

We'd like to check this out further as the unit is expected to provide a coverage up to 1200 sq. ft. Make sure that the router is place to an optimal spot away from physical obstructions such us thick walls, other electronic appliances, metal objects, etc. Running the latest firmware will also do the trick. Easy but unreliable

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Router was easy to set up and worked pretty well, but after only about 9 days it started continuously dropping connections to all of my smart devices and only working intermittently. Of course, I don't have my receipt, so I'm just out the hundred plus dollars on it after barely a week. Absolute garbage, spend your money elsewhere.

This is quite unusual. We suggest observing the connection from the modem for isolation. Have you checked if the router is running on the latest firmware?
