Easy set up, works as good as rented unit that it replaced. Wifi range is average at best but is easy to connect to. I live in a 1500 sqft block home and had to put an extender for the back bedrooms to keep up with gaming . Overall as good as the rented unit.

This was the most cost effective solution for our home. There was spotty coverage in one corner bedroom. Combined with a linksysis range extender full coverage for less than 120.00

10 times better than my old router. It was so simple to set up. I really like the smart phone app. Now when someone wants to use the WiFi I just send the link. The WiFi is great. We have 3 smartphones laptop and iPad plus 2 tv’s and internet does not slow down now.

It definitely works better than the router I rented from Spectrum, so it is a winner in my book. The customer service rep at the store recommended it and I have been pleased with the performance since then.

I've had this router for about a month now and I've been incredibly pleased with the performance so far. Our old router was still functional but we were having some connectivity issues, particularly since we started getting Live TV streaming through Hulu.

The average person would probably have a decent experience using this, as set up involves a smartphone app, and most people have a smartphone. However, I was setting this up for use for an elderly person who does not use a smartphone, and it is not possible to bypass the smartphone app system. For both set up and ongoing use/troubleshooting, you need to use a smartphone (not laptop or website reachable) specific app. There was nothing on the packaging that mentioned this specification. Also, I still receive company spam months after purchasing this item, despite unsubscribing from or blocking the emails.

Nice router. I set it up with a couple of nodes and it works very nicely. I have a hard drive connected via USB directly to it so I can run backup software at night.

As stated in my title this is a reasonably priced product. Though I personally needed Linksys tech support assistance, it was easy to set up, and so far working flawlessly. For the record, their tech support was excellent.

This solved my problem! My son's room is on the opposite side of the house from the modem. He would often have to come to the modem and reset for his gaming/video/school purposes. I bought this router and problem solved!

Worth every penny. I had just got spectrum set up at home and had lagging issues with spotty wifi. I was using spectrums router and modem (spectrum charges a monthly fee for the router btw) . After a little research i found this product and decided to try it out. The steps were really easy and it fixed my issue. It even shows better download and upload speeds than what the spectrum representative had mentioned. If you have similar issues don’t hesitate especially since its on sale. Id def recommend

I had difficulty getting through the setup for this router. When I attempted to access the admin page (192.168.1.1 or the dns name from instructions) I was greeted with a page recommending using the smart wifi app. I tried using the smart phone app & never succeeded. Only on my second day of wrestling with this did I discover clicking on that page took me to the login I sought (I thought I HAD to use the smart phone app which was failing for me) Other than that the router has been great, bandwidth exceeds my existing home router.

Excellent! Easy to set up and get going y using the app. Easy to assemble. Turned it on and the internet worked perfectly. Would recommend and will buy this brand again!

This is a good router. It was hard to install without directions and I was not happy it had to be installed on my phone also in order to complete the process. Signal is strong enough to cover where we need.

I needed something for just streaming Tv with only 25 mbs internet, the linksys was the perfect choice, easy to setup i would recomeend!

I purchased this router for my mom. It does everything it needs and provides excellent range to cover her house. Additionally, it allowed separating the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.

Outside of one occurrence when my Spectrum internet went down and then had lots of difficulty getting the router to re-connect, it's been working pretty good. Luckily Linksys tech support helped me out with that one time issue. No more freebies for next time per the tech guy. I like having the Linksys app and periodically checking the speed on there. My only knock is the parental control feature on the app does not always work for all devices for some reason and I've played with it a whole lot. Over all, pretty satisfied with it but my previous Netgear router was a bit faster and had farther range in my apartment.

Fast router, no problems setting it up and has much better speeds than my old router modem combo that Cox provided. Very happy with my purchase.

This Linksys router is great! I paired it with an Arris modem & avoided the monthly, never-ending 'rental' fees. I have super fast WIFI on all devices with no speed slow downs. Service works very well.

After upgrading from Xfinity Basic to Xfinity Blast, I realized that my old linksys router was limiting my internet speed considerably. Bought this router for less than $100 and it works great!

They definitely do a lot better than the old internet routers. This internet router covers my whole entire house where my old one wouldn't even do half of it.
