    Seemed easy enough, but ended up having problems with installation. Followed directions - pretty straight forward, but received an error as installation completed. I repeated sequence over and over with the same result. Had to call Cisco Tech Support for help. Once the technicians started helping me and changed settings here and there (took several attempts and several days) it was nothing but clear sailing from there. Product seems to work fine. Don't even know it's there.
