This product replaced a cheaper product that could just not hold up to the distance (30 feet) from the router. I plugged in the Linksys adapter and in no time, the former wired desktop machine was running wirelessly...with a STRONG signal. No more dropping the network for me! Great product!!

This was an excellent addition to a computer that did not have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability

So my internal wireless card on my laptop crapped out. Went to BB Geek Squad and they explained that it would be very expensive to repair and replace the internal modem. They did however recommend a USB wireless modem. I picked out this one and have had no issues. Very fast connection.

Super easy to use and get connected. Unfortunately, drivers and software isn't installed onboard or natively in windows. Had to use CD or download them from an already internet enabled system.

Do you still have that older computer that you just can't let go? This is the adapter for you. My roommate loves her mom's old desktop but we were not going to run a wire from the office to the den for cable internet. Got this adapter, problem solved.

For those of you that dont have a wireless adapter in notebooks or desktops this works great.

Had to attach this to a PC that had no wifi card , and was to far and inconvenient to run a hardline. Tethered cell phone to PC via USB, downloaded and installed drivers, and haven't looked back. Ours works as advertised. Speeds are just fine.

Easy to install and use once I added an extender to my wireless router. It was frustrating at first because it could see the router but the internet didn’t work until the extender was installed.

These are handy to keep around if built in adaptors fail or quickly looking at making a non wireless PC wireless capable. Might require drivers to manually be installed depending on computer configuration

Works as intended along with a nice compact design, you hardly even know it's there.

My desktop is about 30 feet away from the network modern. In a different room and behind one wall and some furniture. Amazingly the reception is wonderful. I even tried it on another PC about ten feet further away and it worked without a problem. Fantastic!!

I used this device to connect a desktop computer to a wifi network. The computer recognized the device easily and installed the drivers and connecting the the wireless network was a breeze.

We bought this because we have a higher end router with 5gz now and our old WiFi stick would only connect to the 2.4gz. This thing makes our Wifi connection to our computer lightning fast! Well worth the price and from a reliable company!

After getting a new Dual-Band WiFi router we had to get a new adapter. The USB Adapter was so easy to setup and it works great. The PC we used this for is in my hubby's work shop which is 25 yards from the router and it worked perfectly.

Bought this for a DELL optiplex that didnt have a built-in wireless card. After 1 month, so far so good. Setup was easy, connection is speedy and reliable, even with a Frontier FIOS provider. Good to know that we can easily swap between computers/laptops if the need arises.

I needed to connect an older desktop computer to my WiFi network to avoid running a CAT5 cable connection across the house, this adapter fit the requirement and works great!

NEeded a new wifi adapter after testing quite a few crappy cheap ones off amazon. You get what you pay for, it works great and haven't had too many issues aside from the occasional dropped connect, but that may be my router.

Purchased this model because my sons computer only has 2.4ghz and he wanted faster downloads. This does work for the lack of not having 5ghz, but I think I’m going to purchase the next model up from this one to get a better range on 5ghz. Hope this helps
