Didn't realize that until after buying. Tried other USB network adapters. None as good as this. Nice having the 5GHZ Band! Good price at Best Buy when I purchased it.

Good and small WIFI

I used it to convert a desktop computer to WIFI without something dangling. Nice and sensitive too.
