I bought this to make my desktop computer wireless. It was a simple plug and play and it has worked flawlessly.

This tiny thing works super great. There is less of a chance of bumping it and breaking or damaging it as I've seen other do that. There are cheaper ones don't have the pick up capability this one has. I know because I have tried many other as I am an IT tech. The product name speaks for itself.

Went with the idea of getting a less expensive model, but chose this instead and we are totally happy with it

Works very well. I get better speeds and range than my previous usb adapter. Compact design makes it perfect to carry around with my laptop. Overall, it is very good and I would recommend for anyone who needs a compact wireless solution.

I'm not computer savy but even I was able to understand how to install this adapter to get my dad on wifi.

Couldn't be happier with this little thing. Network card fried on home PC nd was going to be a wait plus more pricey. Had an open usb port on back of PC, so took the sales kids advice and gave this a try. Glad I did, easy to install and has been working flawlessly for 1 year now!

I've used larger, typically Netgear, wireless adapters in the past and they've always worked great. Decided to try this device due to the much smaller size and I'm impressed. It works every bit as good as the larger ones. Windows 10 - plug and play - picks up the signal without any issues.

This my second wifi adapter from linksys and it works flawlessly, I use one at work and now at home for my dell optiplex sff. My first adapter has held up for well over a year now hopefully this one last just as long.

I have installed many different WiFi adapters, this was the easiest to install of all of them. Has not dropped a signal yet, use it in a laptop and can connect to access points the built in adapter cannot connect to.

This adapter was great! I got it for my girlfriend because her Wi-Fi adapter card died in her computer and as soon as she plugged it in, she got signal. It appeared that her computer was quicker browsing web pages as well. Easy setup and easy to use!

I purchased this for my little brother since the computer he bought didn't come with a wifi card. It's an amazing product with the only downside being that it doesn't come with extremely high speeds- a huge bummer since he's primarily going to be using it for gaming. It still gets the job done however, with another plus being it's as simple as plugging it into a usb port and having wifi immediately! And for such a low price I would highly recommend this if you need to install wifi onto your computer and it doesn't come with a wifi card or an optical drive!

I have always had some length of Ethernet cable connecting my PC to the wireless router... in one home it was a 50' run! Last month I was experimenting with using my mobile hotspot to replace a regular ISP, so hooking up a cable was not an option. This little adaptor solved the problem nicely. The experiment was a bust, and I am now back to a standard ISP, but I'm still using this adaptor; it is freeing to be able to put my PC where ever I want without having to consider wiring needs. Also, I had a small issue when using it with the hotspot; Linksys customer service was excellent!

I was very surprised and pleased by the speed of this item. Gaming is not a problem.

Bought this for a second home computer. Was a little reluctant at first. Had to install software provided with item before using. Couldn't remember if I had done that with a previously purchased network adapter. I saw other network adapters online significantly cheaper but didn't want to wait. Was pleased it works great. One person can be playing video games online while the other goes online no delays.

After 1 month of daily use, this USB wifi has been working flawlessly in our small office. It's conveniently small and simply just works well. Installation was straightforward on Windows 10 pro. Be sure to do a price match with bestbuy as it's still a bit pricey for me.

Increased the wifi speed on my older desktop from about 30 Mbps to about 100 Mbps. I subscribe to 500 Mbps service and typically would expect up to 300 Mbps (as I get with other newer devices such as my cell phone), so this isn't too bad guess for an older desktop with older components that would have an impact on the performance. Fairly easy to setup. My Windows 10 OS didn't recognize it when I plugged it in, but I went directly to the Linksys website to download and install the latest drivers, and then went to my desktop wifi settings to choose the Linksys wifi instead of my internal wifi.

this linksys usb network adapter replaced a belkin usb adapter on a 7 year old desktop pc. the connection with the linksys usb adapter stays connected and seems to be faster, this linksys adapter works way better than the old belkin usb adapter
