Our streaming shows would last about 1minute before they cut out and paused. Searched and found this is somewhat common and there's no response from Linksys that was helpful. Returned and got a competitive product instead which has been working out great.

The frequent connection drop shouldn't be happening if your Velop System is properly configured. We regret to hear that you already returned the product.
