Customers are impressed with the Velop AC2200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System's ease of use, coverage, and setup, frequently citing its simple installation and strong signal. Many also praise the system's range and performance, reporting consistently reliable connectivity. However, some users experienced connection issues and noted the relatively high price. Easy to setup and very satisfied with the results. I was getting 7-9 MBs download in one of my more remote locations...now getting 56 MBs right out of the box.

Provides great coverage for my two story home (w/ basement) and fast speeds. Install was pretty easy, too, although there were a couple of minor glitches. Fortunately the app easily picked up where it left off.

Put 2 in my 34'x50' rancher and the third in my detached garage 55' away excellent coverage. Get over 200mbps in every location. A little time consuming setting, not plug and play by no means, have to use there app

Amazing signal strength, only downside was losing a connection to parent node. Once an update was applied and reset the the router everything’s worked great. Haven’t had any problems since.

This really was the best AC speed WiFi (AKA WiFi 5) we've ever had in our home. Flawless reception in every corner of our 2,500 sq ft home. Set up was a breeze on my iPhone. Would highly recommend it. I only returned because I wanted to see what WiFi 6 would be like. Ended up buying the arris max pro AX11000 which was twice the cost. Zero regrets. We have over 55 WiFi devices in our home. The WiFi 6 upgrade handles it all like a champ. So if you have under 50 devices, the Velop is amazing. More? You can also try the Velop MX10 (also WiFi 6). I went with the arris only because it's max speed is higher than the Velop :) either way, all good!

Moved my internet provider router, used a range extender and still couldn't get service throughout my 2500 sf one level home. This product provides whole house service at top speed. Well worth the cost!

My house is concrete. Old airport extreme wasnt strong enough to cover whole house without some dead spots. This took care of all of that. Now i can walk down the street and still be connected.

I was blown away by the improvement this made. The speed in my basement tripled to now match the speed right at the router. Super easy to setup. Nice app.

Very stable with solid signal via WiFi. I had tried several Netgear models for years and finally found a great one works for me. A bit pricey but worth the investment.

I suffered for two years with an Xfinity gateway. There were problems with different devices not playing nice with the gateway, and it didn't help that my plaster and brick house is oddly shaped such that the wifi signal didn't reach half the house. I finally pulled the trigger and put in my own setup. Pairing the Velop with a Arris surfboard docsis 3.0, I'm now getting solid, consistent wifi across the whole house and most of the front and back yards. With a 250GB plan I'm pulling 100mbps anywhere in the house with 17-20 devices running at any given time. Setup was super easy with only a small issue creating a linksys account that was quickly fixed - getting all 3 pods going took about 15 min.

It took 20 minutes to set up all 3 modules. We're on 3 acres, and I have reception everywhere. Using arlo cameras, good reception, with one of them 50 yards away. A very good product.

I’ve had a few instances where I would get “micro drops” and lose connectivity for a second or two. Hasn’t happened recently and a reboot fixes it for a while. I’d like to have a system that does it’s job and I don’t have to worry about it. I would buy this again a as it’s an easy setup, meshes my whole house seamlessly and provides decent speeds. We have gigabit internet and it only sees about 750mb/ps and throughputs about 550 wirelessly. Good enough. We have over 19 connected peripherals and none have had a hiccup except for the mini drops, which, based on other reviews is a common problem and will probably be fixed with a software update.
