Bought these to replace an old lynksys wifi router. These strengthen the quality throughout my house. Haven't had a single issue in 6 months. There was a small issue while sitting them up but i called the customer service line and they fixed it immediately and were very nice.

I actually purchased these to go along with a three pack that I had purchased a while ago. My house has plaster walls and cinder block in the basement which really absorb WiFi signals. With Covid, my wife needed better coverage in a room we don't use much so I decided to purchase an additional set. These will work well with the mesh WiFi, however be aware that it does reduce speed and proper placement is critical (each node needs to have good signal strength to the next nearby node). I happened to have a fair amount of Ethernet cable so have hard-wired all of my nodes to a router and that gives me plenty of speed in each room. Switching between nodes works relatively well and I have held VoIP calls as it switches between nodes with little issue. The control application is OK, but not the greatest. It could use better UI and more functions to make it easier to manage what devices are doing what, but for 99% of applications, this works fine and I don't really use the controller app unless something horribly wrong has happened.

Upgraded to this system due to having multiple smart-home accessories and wireless devices and my former router was not handling the demand. The Velop has been the perfect solution to my homes high-demand needs. Great wi-fi coverage throughout my house, and the app walk through for system set-up is a breeze. System may be a little pricey, but worth the money.

We had a lot of problems streaming in our house that is 4500 square feet. The Best Buy Associate was very helpful in explaining what we needed, why we needed it and which product would solve our problem.. It was very easy to set up and all of our streaming problems have been solved.

Home networks can be complicated to set up, especially with add on access points to cover the far end of a house. This product changes everything! Simple to set up, pretty much does all the set up for you! Choose you network name and password, and let the product donuts thing. Highly recommend this for bigger homes.

With this product, I can maintain just one SSID in my house. It's a big house, and we used to have several SSID's and routers throughout the house. And when you move around the house, you have to log in to a router near you that has the strongest signal. Now, only one SSID throughout and the signal is strong throughout the inside of the house.

This product is perfect for anyone that needs to set up a home wireless network. Set-up is easy to follow and complete, even for a novice user. The performance of the network is excellent when set-up directions are followed and the nodes are placed as stated in the guide. I recommend this product to anyone that needs to set-up a wireless network at home with zero difficulties.

Need a WiFi router that would cover our home. All reviews chose the Velop so I decided to give it a try even though it was one of the most expensive. Setup was a breeze, you download the Linksys app on your smartphone and activate each node. Less than 15 minutes to install. WiFi speed was 4 times faster at the far ends of the house.

I purchased this to upgrade our home WIFI and extend the signal into the backyard. I had a plan how I was going to use all 3 nodes but because of the higher signal strength I only need to use to. So far the coverage, reliability and roaming throughout the house and backyard has been excellent.
