normal price $999.99 . on sale $899.99 but i got it on a really good sale at $799. the lowest a BB. i can mesh it 120 feet from front of my hose to inside of detached garage 120 foot away with decent signal,

If you enjoy having to power cycle, at least 1 of the nodes on a weekly basis, have at it. Every week, a node is offline while the others are good. Software is always updated, spacing is fine, and there are no sources of EMI to cause such disruption.

Similar to the prior generation of Velop wireless routers the setup for this system is super easy and simple whether you have a prior generation or not. The Linksys app guides you through the entire setup process, starting with the main router that you connect to your internet connection. Unlike the prior generations this one supports. 2.5gb ethernet so you can connect it to the fastest internet connections out there and actually have the ability to use that connection's full bandwidth over Wifi. I was able to setup all three nodes in under 10 minutes and the app helped me with locating the best places to put the secondary nodes. Overall, very easy and the system walks you through setting up your wireless network, security and passcodes. Each node has ethernet ports which you can make use of essentially making wired devices wireless and where this router supports WiFi 7 you'll be ready as more devices start supporting it. Even with Wifi 6 devices, I have noticed that the coverage does seem to be better, with response times faster and downloads more consistent. Each node has been designed to look nice and blend in to nearly any room so placement is easy and all you need is power for each one. Since switching to Mesh, I have noticed that the system does not seem to be affected in congested environments and even now broadcasts better in to my yard where I can even walk across the street still connected to my wifi. Very impressive! Some things to consider are the number of devices, and it's clear that this system performs better because it also supports more devices in addition to higher speeds. It's just a solid system. The Linksys app allows you to configure and customize your router installation but is ultimately designed to be easy to use and provide the best security for your devices. Another feature I like is the ability to segregate wireless networks which is a good best practice for anyone to separate your normal computers from IoT devices, lights and other things that may not be as secure and keep guests out of your home network. The app makes it very easy to manage these networks and turn them off/on in an instant. Overall, this is a solid system that offers the fastest and easiest setup with high reliability and security. So far, it has performed every bit as good and even better than my old Velop system due to the 2.5gb ethernet ports where I have a NAS that supports it. The speed in that case alone is double and even over wireless 6e I can see a performance increase over the old one. I just can't wait for more Wifi 7 devices to come out and when they do I'll be ready.

It was simple set up and the upgrade to a tri-band is the best way to go to have coverage. 

Easy to setup with great coverage range. New technology and multiple devices at different locations probably help with that.

I’m so glad I got the geek squad protection on these. I didn’t even have them for a year and they decided to quit on me. I found out that the home office leg of Linksys is being sold of to Belkin so now it seems all support is completely gone for the time being. But I was able to bring these in and trade them in for some Eero Pro 7 mesh nodes. Far superior and much easier to set up.

By far the fastest router that gives you a true 2.5 gigabytes per port. Not like thr others that say they do and do not give you the speed and power!

Overall really stable. I am impressed with the improvements there Linksys. Wish it had at least one 2.5gig lan port. Defeats the purpose of wan port being 2.5gb.

As an owner of a previous generation of Linksys, Velop, I find their mesh systems to be very reliable once they are up and running correctly. Man, does it take a while to get there sometimes. Even if you have managed to discover the advanced mode that appears to be on documented in the router set up itself, the set up app leaves a ton to be desired. I find myself, as I am setting up these mesh routers, constantly wanting to be able to tell it how to handle nodes, and have it suggest their placement, but that doesn’t exist. In fact, the set up app truly is an easy button, but not for anyone with a highly technical or mixed set up, who these features and the first round of wifi7 is directed at. The Velop being able to handle wired backhaul is one of its strengths in my mind, since I have ethernet cable run to a number of locations in my house already, and I don’t care to use it in full wireless mode. That does mean that I have no idea what the signal strength is and I think there are still some dead spots in my house, and I am unable to pinpoint them with the Linksys app or otherwise. In general, this new iteration of the Velop system is easy to set up and get up and running. I appreciate the number of ports built into each note, and the fact that this generation has a dedicated WAN node, as opposed to just four unlabeled ones. The Clean plastic architecture, white design of the Velop is still more attractive than other brands that look like cremation urns, even if it is not easy to hide. I await the release of a main hub style router like the Hydra to pair with this system. Speed tests with my WiFi 7 device confirmed blazing fast, but also I don’t have too many of those. You also find out real fast what older devices you have on your network when you start turning off mixed mode.

It is great . I love it. The sign has everywhere in my house, so I can use internet.

Great for gaming XBOX & PLAYSTATION in a large house. Setup was less than a hour.

My home is just over 2400 square feet but this system didn't extend coverage throughout my home. I have a single floor home with about a 400 square foot loft. The Wifi signal doesn't get enough help from to reach where needed. Also, a major drawback is that this mesh network appears to be incompatible with devices that only connect via 2.4 ghz. This includes my Wiz lighting and Liftmaster garage door openers and appliances. I'll have to do more research to see if there is anything in wifi settings for the mesh network to allow connection via 2.4ghz. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

The system is much better than my previous setup in that network upload and download speeds are much faster.

The best upgrade of my wifi is last 2 years. Customer Service/support was excellent.

Working as expected and we are enjoying our internet as desired

It was an okay product but the customization in the settings was very limited for what I needed to do.
