A week before Christmas I bought three of these for my grandsons. A week after Christmas one of them was not working correctly, the screen was all distorted. I reached out to target and they said I would have to contact product company. it states that there is a one year warranty but yet they did nothing give me a hassle about a pad that was less than two weeks old and did not work. So I had to go buy a fourth one. I am not happy at all what kind of product quits working after two weeks and you don’t stand behind it and issue a new one?

Received and was unable to power on. Left on charger for 30mn after reading the instructions . Still couldn't get it to turn on. Had to return it to the store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
