It’s well written and executed in a way that had some serious and some laugh out loud moments

I LOVE IT!!!!!! As a hardcore movie lad I am disappointed to barely see this movie after all these years. This movie is phenomenal fun! Every character is amazing! They all carry the movie perfectly and the story eventho simple the obstacles of their course is what makes it stand out from anything else. The movie is dark/funny/sad/ tragic. I was NOT expecting this movie to go down the way it went, and I don’t mean that in a bad way, I mean this movie gets dark at times. HIGHLY recommend this to everyone

This is one of my favorite movies. The family was perfectly casted and the actors work off each other so well. The writing is top notch and the Academy award for best screenplay was deserved. I adore the soundtrack as well.

I don’t know how I didn’t see this film before 2018, but it’s amazing in every way. Find it for cheap, watch and enjoy really enjoy the characters, the direction and pace of the film.

I'd seen this a long time ago and remembered I'd loved it. But wasn't sure how a second viewing would be. It was as great as I'd thought. The acting is first class and the story is awesome.

read the script for this and immediately loved it, the movie was so well written that there's nothing changed from the script itself, 10/10.

We were lucky enough to see this movie at the Maui Film Festival six months before it's initial release in 2006 and we loved it.

This movie is different, Kind of reminds me of my insane family to an extent. It was in the $5 movie pile so you def can't beat that!
