Terrible customer service. The online customer service is impossible to navigate and when I canned the customer service line they just say we aren’t taking call because of Covid. This is an assemble your self item however some pieces come assembled and in my box they were not correct. My father who is an engineer had to fix some of it the best he could. Very disappointing and will not buy from Best Buy again.

Assembly was tedious but not difficult. Some of the pieces were pre-assembled incorrectly from the factory and I couldn’t change them making them not function properly. And when I hooked up the hose and turned it on it was basically water just shooting everywhere no mater which valves we turned. Over All it was overstimulating for my 2 1/2 year old. So we unhooked the hose and just play with it by filling the base making most of the fun details ineffective or inoperable.

Table is decent, poorly constructed so some of the connections come apart and the table leaks. Don’t expect to get more than one summer out of the table.

Looks great from pics, but requires constant water supply to operate fully. A little awkward to play with and connections don’t stay together easily. I ended up using a small submersible pond pump in a 5 gal bucket far away to keep electricity away from table and just ran plumbing to it to have a constant flow of water that recirculated, saving money at the faucet and avoiding a mud hole for water constantly spilling out.

A lot of pieces and parts to make the water come out. Better for older kids. Parts snapped off / broke easy.

I love this water table!! My kids do too!!! I gave it 4 stars because it has to be hooked up to the hose the whole time. My girls love it!! It’s super fun with the hose water running but not so fun when I turn the hose off.

Definitely took time to put together but my kids absolutely love it. I dont have a hose so I can't hook it up but I fill it and they have a blast. The part to hook up a hose was missing anyways..

Our friends got one for their daughter and our son loved it so much we bought him one!

It was easy to assemble. The only issue we had was that the water did not come out evenly from the top.

Our one-year old LOVED this and still plays with it now that she’s two. Our six year old was a little big for it but pulled up a chair and would play with the little one. Wish it had a water recycle feature because you get to a point where it starts overflowing fairly quickly. However lots of cool jobs, spouts, etc.

ok but not as sturdy as I would expect from Little Tikes for a two year old to use. I would recommend comparing it to others ones. This is the problem having to order things online u do not know what they are like until you open them up and put them together.

Received the item very quickly, but the central part with all the handles was broken. Got a replacement from the manufacturer, but it took a while. The design is ok. They should have a water shut off valve at the water inlet for the hose so you don't have to run back to turn off/on the hose.

Great item, but it could be a little easier to put together. Lots of pieces to put together for a water table

My daughter did some research and really wanted this water table for her son. Thankfully Best Buy sells this particular one at a very fair price. Better than Amazon, Walmart and Target.

The levers and waterspouts don’t line up all that well. You need to keep the water running for best use.

Got this for a 2.5 year old kid. It was probably a little beyond her age at that time, as she couldnt quite figure it all out. Aside from that, it was very fun and she still enjoyed the heck out of it.

Love this water table it is perfect for my toddler. Keeps her occupied while helping her work her fine motor skills.

My boys 6 and 2 they are having lots of fun. It can be hooked with the hose and water can flow constantly it makes it more fun. The only downside is three legs are slippery and when water fills up the table it slips out and if the kids push down on it legs can brake. We have wooden floor with no paint on our deck so when it gets wet it gets slippery. Other then that it is a fun toy for kids.
