    Lively has Great Phone & Stellar Customer Service

    The Lively smart phone4 is the phone for you or your loved one if you simply need a cell phone for the basic needs of the senior citizen. My mother, With the new challenges of dementia, wanted something easy and simple and straightforward and this phone is the one for her. It is a good product! I think they’re biggest selling point is the support that they give to their callers. She feels reassured and comforted to know she can get someone on the phone 24/7 and ask them any questions that she has and it will put her mind at ease. The phone and the services offered by Lively are excellent! As a side note, the phone activation and set up did not go so well. I had one technical issue after the other, and it took many phone calls to Lively before this was worked out. But, because of their stellar customer service it made the situation bearable! I believe that’s what makes the difference in any Company during these times who is Trying to offer a good product at a reasonable rate with stellar customer service! That’s what places this company above the others.

    Digital Delivery Time waaay too long!

    This is only review of digital delivery process. This is not a review of the product, as after 3 days from ordering, this digitally delivered product has yet to be delivered to me. Seriously?! I have called customer service twice and told to wait a couple more days for the link to be sent to my email. I should have gotten from the company, Lively, rather than Best Buy. I got the medical alert device in an hour from ordering, but useless without the health/safety subscription. I will not order any digital item from Best Buy in the future.
