I was told that it would take at least three days to have old number sent to the phone, it took three weeks. Why? because the person placed in the wrong phone number. wow!

Without the case the Lively smartphone was slipping out my Dads hands and he was worried it would drop and break. Great purchase for the price and would highly recommend.

No having to remember "icons" as they are given along with what they represent! Having resisted the "change" due to perceived complexity of use of this technology, after taking "the leap" I found the phone's design easy to use, with Lively Support readily available, and now can't imagine why I waited so long!
