A good phone for seniors. It doesn't have all the bells & whistles, so if that is overwhelming this is just something that will work to talk with those important to you.

Wish volume was louder and have the 80 retro phone ring. Otherwise my disable sister could handle it.

My mother loves it, and the beautiful color that it comes in. She is very satisfied with this purchase. This is a great very basic cell phone. My wife has dementia and was struggling to use her I-Phone. I came in changed plans away from Xfinity and bought two of these phone. Very easy to use although it was somewhat of a challenge to my wife. Great value.

Purchased for my 91 year old mother. She's hard of hearing, visually challenged and isn't keen on learning something new so the 30 day return policy was a must. I'm happy to say so far so good! Speaker volume is good and there's a lot of adjustments to make reading the screen easier. We are having issues with speed dial and wasn't successful getting help in the evening so I'll try again earlier in the day. Charging base is wonderful!

My Mom decided that this little phone, would remain her "go-to" communication device. This is the Lively unit (an upgraded version however) form factor she started with and then after attempting to learn the "Smart" Phone line, returned happily ever after to this little trouper of a phone. It has great features, is easy to use and takes a fall like a champ!

Best phone for adults or children no WiFi or apps to download. Safe and cheap !

Generally good. Seems to eat battery pretty quickly and charges slowly on supplied charger. Difficult to transfer pictures and contacts from an older flip phone. Contacts had to be done manually and pictures required the use of a micro SD card.
