I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my mom. She has been using her GreatCall medical alert device since 2015 and it's still ticking! I thought an upgrade was due before her battery life goes in her original alert button. My mom was thrilled with her gift!

Easy to set up. Thankfully, I have not had an emergency need to fully test the system; but I feel more comfortable knowing I have this.

This device was easy to set up and can be worn anywhere. You are not restricted to your house like some devices.

This is the 2nd time buying this item in 1 year. I also had a replacement sent as well that didn’t work long. I am not satisfied with the quality, because I feel that it should have worked longer than a year. The only reason why I bought it again is because my father is satisfied with its easy use.

Works well and easy to use. I like that multiple people can be notified if there is an issue.

It is for my soon to be 90 year old father-in-law. The monitoring is very reasonable. His maneuverability and balance get a little worse with each passing week. We especially love the fall detection sensor ability as well! It was very easy to set up and enroll in the monitoring service. They were exceptional with their explaining all of the devices features! We are very pleased!

My mom has fallen numerous times. Now I feel comfortable about her living on her own when I know that help is just a click away.

Bought this for my mom who is in her late 80s, she had some difficulty understanding the concept. However, after repeated review of its functions, she seems to have it figured out. The set up process seemed a bit cumbersome. Overall, it appears to work correctly and gives us peace of mind that she can contact someone for assistance without having to dial her cell phone.

Bought these for in-laws. They are still getting used to wearing them. Already have tested them, accidentallly pushed button and service called to make sure mom was okay. So far, going good and makes parents and adult children feel better that they have help if they need it. Only wish lanyard was a little shorter, maybe adjustable would be nice.

I had this fall detector when i was with anthem advantage at no cost. When I switched to another advantage plan, it was not included but i was so satisfied with this one that I bought one from best buy and will pay the monthly charge myself. Received it in a couple of days, works great.

Have had Great Call for about 10 years and it is an excellent service. This is an upgrade unit to my older unit. Easy to set up, carry, and recharge. Alerts are clear and life saving.

Seems okay. Mom hasn't had a reason to press the button yet. I like the family notification app that sends me a message when Mom forgets to charge it and battery is low.

This is one of the better devices out there. It works anywhere a cell phone works and is waterproof for a shower. My Mom has used it for several years now and we really like it.

The sound quality is great! Service staff are very responsive. I'm glad I got this because my mom has had to use it multiple times. If she didn't have this on her from her falls she would've been on the floor for a long time. Definitely would recommend this if you have elderly parents with health issues.

This is the second Lively device we've purchased for my mother. Her first lasted 7 years. It gives her confidence when she is out and about. Now that she lives alone, it's particularly reassuring to all of us that with the touch of a button someone can be on their way to help her if necessary. The staff is incredibly patient and skilled.

I bought this for my mother and it works well. We test it occasionally and have had to call for help once when she fell. She keeps it with her.
