I am so glad that I made this purchase.

Had owned one for years before this one, but had a problem with the charger. Lively offered to send a replacement. We canceled subscription at that time but decided we needed one so bought the new kit as it was cheap enough.

No issues, worked well ( I accidentally pushed the buttons a couple of times, and was pleased with the response). Lively plus though is TBD: first one ordered from BB online had been opened, so I sent it back without activating, and bought one curbside pickup from local BB. It was worse- box was scotch taped and clearly had been opened. Decided to try it anyway ( can’t go in store for return due to Covid). GreatCall customer service was great, but after 75 minutes and 3 activation attempts that failed, they’re swapping it out with a preactivated unit. I’ll test the heck out of it when I get it, and update the review.
