Purchased one of these 5 years ago for my mother and after looking at the changes in tech and age of her old unit decided that it was time to upgrade.

We bought this for my mom to wear and we really like it but she won’t keep it on This is worth it

I recommend the Lively plus for all senior citizens single seniors and at least one device for couples it’s portable you could take it in the shower if you get wet and if you never needed that’s a good thing but if you did it’s a lifesaver

I upgrade my great call - the battery lasts a lot longer on this version.

Works well so far... only been using it for two weeks. I like the fact that I can access my family member's activity remotely through their website. It was a bit dodgy to set up the online profile (their website seems to be in transition between an old and a new system) so some things were a little hard to figure out. But, so far, the device itself seems to work well. Fortunately we haven't needed to use it in an emergency yet so I can't say how the emergency response works.

I would recommend this product to everyone that needs a life line.

I feel very secure having this with me in case of any emergency, as I live alone. Fortunately, I have not needed to put it to the test. It hides under my shirt and I don't even know it's there.

This Lively Device is excellent for seniors who need an All-in-One Medical Alert. Although not stunning to wear, who cares. Safety is first and the Lively representatives who answer the phone are there when needed.

Purchased this for a parent. It has been great and has given them peace of mind when they are our and about. Easy to set up and have had not issues (but also have not had to actually activate thank goodness)

The device is great and just what we needed for my FIL who loves alone. But, getting it set up and attached to his existing Lively account was a confusing process. Customer service at for activation at the company is lacking - at one point the rep hung up on us in the middle of asking questions. Once we got ahold of a new rep who knew how to clearly explain the process we were able to get it set up correctly. Customer service when using the device is fantastic, though!
