    So far it's a great safety item for elderly mother. She has had 1 fall since wearing it (2 weeks) and they contacted her immediately via the lively necklace to see if she was ok. We got it for her to help with our peace of mind if she would fall or have an emergency when my husband I I were not home. We are thankful to have this item!

    Easy set up. Great customer service experience walking us through the process. We haven’t used it yet which is a good thing but based on our interactions with the representatives so far we feel confident we have made the right decision.

    This is the second one we purchased. The first one lasted about 15 years; hope this one is just as good. We liked the silver color better. Although you have to sign-up for a plan, it seemed to be worth it for the peace of mind.
