Everything is perfect so far . I purchased the Apple Watch a couple of weeks ago and I’ve had no problems with it so far .

The Lively App is disappointing because the programmers have not tested the sensitivity of wearing the app on a wrist watch. When the app is located on the watch face, the slightest touch will set it off. Simply putting the watch on my wrist set it off. Also my cat stepped on my arm while I was napping. Setting off the alarm causes a ripple of events that are annoying when there is no real emergency. The company calls my adult children who then become frantic to find out if I am all right. I wanted this app/ watch combination for peace of mind and to get help if I fell at home alone. Instead, The Geek squad had to delete the app from the watch face to prevent any further false emergency. I do not recommend the Lively App.

Great app to help my mother. Had a bit of hiccups during setup but once everything was set, it was smooth sailing. Wish the monthly payment was a tad bit cheaper.

I purchased the Lively Preferred 2-Year plan with the Apple Watch Series 6 and I am loving it. I recently had a heart attack and having the Lively service available from my watch has made my recovery that much easier and worry free. It gives me peace of mind and even more so it gives my wife peace of mind knowing that if I have a problem I have an on-call team available around the clock. I highly recommend the service.

Easy to set up but hard to get to on the Apple Watch. Immediate service which is nice. Need to test it with a fall with my dad.

I can see the benefit of such a service but for the average younger, active person, I don’t see myself needing this. The service is automatically started with a major delay when purchasing certain Apple Watches. Be careful and read the fine print. Then IMMEDIATELY get it cancelled before they charge you several hundred dollars for “breaking the contract” Not a fan of it, but my fault for not cancelling before the trial period.

Great deal only if you need the service. Otherwise you will be paying $29.99 per month for 24 months which is far more than the price of the Apple Watch in the first place.

Lots of notifications to set up and change settings. Understand principle, but was a means to an end (great price).

It does what it says. But it’s not the best, the app is very glitchy and their support system sucks.

Good concept, but way overpriced in my opinion. I wont pay $30 a month for a service that my Apple products already come with standard. If I fall down ect, my apple watch will call for help. I feel it is way too expensive. Only reason I even signed up was to get my watch at a discounted price.

Price is too high for monthly and definitely not worth the 2 yrs for a discount on a Apple watch

Its ok kind of unnecessary and should not be bundled makes the price useless.

So glad to have the peace of mind that if something were to happen to my loved one, they would be able to accurately get the help that they need, and FAST. The reps are always so attentive and cheerful. Very helpful service. I only wish the Apple Watch would get some useful features added to it.

I am 78 years old and my physicians recommended that I purchase a "panic button" and associated service. I am beginning to take falls from which I cannot get up and having scary events in my health and numerous age-related conditions. Upon review of the available options, I chose an Apple Watch 6 to replace my Apple Watch 4 and added the Great Call - Lively package. I am very satisfied with the fact that this package coupled with an Apple Watch 6's innate health capabilities give me the best options for saving and/or extending my life. I do not believe there is anything better in the marketplace.

This is a great thing to have. Regardless of age. Using this with the Apple Watch really can help someone in need of any age.

Very good product especially for older people. Can save your life.
