Lock a little on the expensive side but worth every penny. The option my family use the most is facial recognition. Also has fingerprint, key, lock and unlock with phone or apple watch, unlock/lock with app, keypad unlock also came with a sun protector. Installation took around 15 minutes. Comes with x2 rechargeable batteries and x2 keys.

Support is TERRIBLE! They literally have asked me for the model number, SN, and the description of the problem close to ten times. They want you to report via the app so it will generate a ticket number. So Okay, I did it. Now I’m clarifying the same problem now ten times. Listen up! The only way to make this work with Alexa is by enabling the skill. As soon as you do this the Alexa app AND THE Lockly app lose connection with the actual lock. I’ve tried disabling the skill, modifying the skill once installed - over and over again. The problem is the skill in Alexa skill store is absolute CRAP! IT DOESN’T work and there are a ton of negative reviews about this skill not working and to don’t waste your time. Man you can lead a horse to water but good luck trying to convey a simple point - YOUR ALEXA SKILL NEEDED FOR VOICE ASSIST DOESN’T FREAKING WORK!! Don’t ask me to retype the same message I’ve politely shared more times then necessary WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTOS to show your engineering team how it breaks the connection with the app!!!!! I purchased this lock as an upgrade to my Lockly Flex Touch. It was easy to install and activate, and the facial recognition feature and Apple Home integration work seamlessly. My only hope is that the two provided rechargeable batteries will last a decent 24 months. Although I found it a bit expensive, I’m still very satisfied after three days of use.

Great lock! Yes, there are less expensive locks on the market, but at the time of review this is the only one with facial recognition. It looks and feels strong and that’s because it is built strong. It’s reliable and after a few weeks of use it has demonstrated to be reliable and to work every time. The installation is super easy and does not require any prior experience, but if you need help, they have great written instructions and even a video of how too. I like it so much, I purchased another one for another exterior door. This is a great product. You can buy with confidence.

I have replaced schlage sense with bthis lock. Schlage Was working fine but screen dicolored quite a bit during day and passowrd is needed to unlock or apple siri which has notnworled at times. I have added eufy finger print locks to other doors. I watched some online videos and was intrigued by visage lock , after over comig the cost hump decided to give this a try , it is easy to install but pay close attention to details as compared to other lock the bolt have to be in engaged position for assmbly, two annoyamces, first the connector is bulky to put back side innstalled it took some time to find a good spot, second is door close sensor is outside the lock and magnet on opposite side, same as my secuirity sensor. I needed this feature so I kept it but ther option in software to by pass it. Rest of process is easy, make sure to not to loose the card to activate the lock and might be needed if lock is reset for some reason. Face id is super fast to put in systme and to use, and that is the only mode i will be using as rest FP and code are time consuming in comparison, amazon alexa and apple home integration works also. Only con is price if multiple locks needed which i want once started using facial recognition. Lock is heavy and very well made they included a plate to cover lcd screen to protect it from sunlight i have put it on because what happened to my schlage lock and i will not be using screen at all. All family members face recognition works fine. App is easy to navigate. It has 5 y warramty, Highly recommend

Finally a lock that works with my iPhone instead of an android!!! My husband had no issue installing it. We love the different methods to unlock the door. From a simple passcode , to facial id, to the lock ID in my apple wallet, and even the finger print feature. The technology is top tier! I loved it so much I bought my father one for his bday. Great buy if u are looking for something sleek and high tech. Don’t think. Just buy it!

I was in search of something that was smart security for my family. This deadbolt is amazing. The facial recognition is amazing! Its perfect easy access for the kids when they get home from school. Also, live the feature the deadbolt automatically locks after a period time. The genie roating code location for entering the pin to the door is a great feature. All around money well spent!!!

After years of using “smart” locks from Kwikset and Schlage, I was skeptical about switching to a smaller brand. But Lockly has completely won me over—it should be the go-to smart lock. The flexibility is unmatched: unlock with Face ID, fingerprint, Apple Watch, iPhone, a code, or even a traditional key. Every method works flawlessly. The installation was a breeze thanks to clear, step-by-step instructions. I wish this had been around during all those years I settled for less. Absolutely cannot recommend it enough.

This lock is great. I have had it on my door for 2 months. The battery is at 94%. On a previous door lock, the AA batteries would at most last one day. Is the price worth it? Absolutely!

Very easy to setup and install. It is very convenient to not have to take keys out of my pocket to unlock my door. I just scan my face or use my fingerprint and im inside in seconds. My family and I love it.

While there’s many smart lock choices to choose from there’s none as complete or as user friendly as Lockly. The Zeno lock is far and away the best when it comes to features, value and performance

Saw this featured on PCMag and decided to try it for myself, and it is AMAZING! The facial recognition is really fast and responsive, and the Apple integration makes me feels I am living in the future. Nice surprise that it came with two rechargeable batteries.
